Slogan mongers of some government agencies
 in Khalsa uniform!

Is the warning of “Constant vigilance against some subterranean dictatorial tendencies in our polity” to prevent the recurrence of the traumatic experience of the days of the emergency in 1975 and “should do some serious soul-searching on the issue and categorically oppose any relapse into draconian tendencies within their own parties” according to Chief Minister Badal to maintain peace and check the unscrupulous elements on the part of Punjab government? Or is it an indication of real threat to peace in days to come in Akali-BJP combine regime?  

The Police in Khalsa dress in peaceful procession on June 24, 2007 and thereafter of the registration of case of sedition under sections 124-A, 153-A and 153-B IPC against unidentified people are signs of the same warning strategy again.  

It can not be without suspicion that the organizers of such processions must be well aware of the strategy and such processions are only stage managed dramas to encourage the unscrupulous elements to keep alive the threat perceptions always of emergency like period in way of State terrorism at the instance of Central agencies. 

The common but politically alert Sikhs including all peace loving Punjabis do ask such type of questions keeping in mind the fear and dreadful sufferings of the past since 1975 especially 1978 onward. 

Who knows that  the slogan mongers are not the men of some government agencies in Khalsa uniform and the case of sedition is registered only to harass common and innocent Sikhs under the strategy in active connivance with the organizers of such processions in order to provoke Sikhs of selected part of belt i.e. Malwa of Punjab for reasons of their simplicity and sincerity to Panthic activities? 

Those who failed to project themselves in the garb of terrorism as leaders due to their ulterior motives in their own home constituencies must be part of the strategy. 

It is a matter of concern for all who do not want to see the bad days of past in the so called Indian democracy. Rest time may tell that in which direction camel sits!
