How To Avoid Religious Conflict Within!
By Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana

Kirt karro, naam jappo, wand chhakko, we may interpret these terms differently, but there is no doubt, ‘Sri Guru Granth Sahib’ is purely secular in real sense to be followed religiously and otherwise also. However, we are not supposed to compel others, saying time has come when all should adopt Sri Guru Granth Sahib as it  depends totally on a choice and option or directly proportional to awareness and the sanity of each individual to follow or not to follow in a particular and specific manner the Granth.

When, we start dictating it religiously, it means, we are trying to establish our supremacy over the others and from that point onward conflict starts.

I personally follow my Sikh religion in the following fashion pointed out in my articles and the same religion being followed by others in different fashion and I should have no conflict with them.

My following articles may further help to clarify my views on Sikh religion and Sri Guru Granth Sahib:
