The Demand to adopt 'Sikh Genocide' resolution in
Punjab Assembly: News Analysis

Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana*

The demand of All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF), November 1984 Sikh Genocide Justice Committee and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) that Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) should bring Sikh Genocide resolution in the Punjab Assembly, is a multifaceted weapon, politically damaging  Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal and MLAs of SAD (Badal) and is a very calculated move politically at this stage, leaving aside intentions of the organisations.

It is crystal clear that Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal and MLAs of SAD (Badal) would never do so and Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal has his own political calculations on such issues like other similarly projected minority leaders or aspiring would be leaders amongst the minorities in India.

Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal will prefer like the similar others in the country to please the Hindu votes as applicable in this case by ignoring the demand without caring about the Sikh votes as is the practice in democratic system of India.

First and foremost priority is to be the obedient to the dominated class leaders i.e. Hindu leaders, let they may be from BJP or Congress, thereafter, the rest everything politically follows in India.

However, the demand is very timely to bring the truth on surface about the hollowness of minority leaders in India, though the congress party in Punjab would be benefited in the coming assembly elections, if the demand placed strongly, effectively and impressively as well before Sikhs of Punjab?

But, to my mind, Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal will cash politically from the demand other way around by preferring to be loyal to the dominated class leaders i.e. Hindu leaders.

UPDATED:

Sardar Parkash Singh Badal and Like Similar Others Services against People of Punjab Pay Them

Sardar Parkash Singh Badal always pleads for Congress rule in Punjab saying the Congress party of Punjab is more close to the government of India and thus can be held directly responsible for the ills of State of Punjab.

But centre find him and his Akali party more suitable than Congress as a cover up, thus the Central Secret Agencies  of India award him the reign of Punjab turn wise for his sincerity and the services against people especially against Sikhs.

BJP in the centre is not different than Congress in the context.

Sardar Parkash Singh Badal openly speaks that as a CM he has no powers in any manner more than a Municipal Corporation of a city, and so do not come to him for any major relief.

Again by such uttering, he always pleads people to be close to centre for any relief, not to him.

For his sincerity and the services against people of Punjab and the message, “pleads people to be close to centre for any relief, not to him”, Sardar Parkash Singh Badal and Akalis are offered reign of Punjab turn wise (A democratic fraud always with the people of Punjab).

Sardar Parkash Singh Badal always advises to the people of Punjab, be with the centre, in lieu of  his that services and the sincerity, Sardar Parkash Singh Badal gets reign of Punjab by worshipping the centre. It is all is an open game and people are unable to notice and understand it.

Sikh fear Badal will sell them out

Submitted by Balbir Singh Sooch Edited By Tinderjit Lalli, Sikhs are becoming concerned over the relationship Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, Leader of the Akali Party has with the government.

Many Sikhs proclaim Badal is being abused and his party have become the ideal tool to use against Punjabi’s and Sikhs, therefore  the Central Secret Agencies, in return the government award him the reign of Punjab

Do the Akalis rule Punjab or are they merely ‘poppet’s’ of the Congress Party, that is the million dollar questions.

According to Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, who allegedly would rather people went else where and not him for help, perhaps the Akali’s are no longer capable of being sound politicians.

Even though Badal is openly very proud of the relationship he enjoys with the countries government.  Professing to saying ‘The Congress party of Punjab is very close to the government of India and thus can be held directly responsible for the ills of State of Punjab’

Congress however has the opinion that this party due its ‘follies’ can be the ideal tool for any ‘cover-ups’

Sikhs feel that BJP in the centre is not different from Congress in this context.

Sardar Parkash Singh Badal openly speaks that as a CM he has no powers in any manner more than a Municipal Corporation of a city, and so do not come to him for any major relief.

Badal is happier to advice his people to openly support the government rather then his party."

Does Dilgeer find some difference between the SGPC including Sikh religious leadership now and then when Dilgeer was touching the feet of then President GS Tohra and General Secretary Manjit Singh Calcutta?

Dr Dilgeer must be frank enough to admit his contempt religiously.

The Indian System Run by the Indian Central Secret Agencies Not by Badals, Jathedars and Similar others or by any Individuals

As a student of Law and Political Science, I know Indian States do not enjoy much powers politically and financially, because Indian States are governed through the Unitary Form of Constitution i.e. the Constitution of India practically and we all waste our time against Badals, Jathedars and other individuals without understanding the spirit of Indian Constitution basically.

Our criticism against them is like declaring ourselves fools and in turn also helps the government of India’s claim of existing true democracy in India as a message for the outer world.

No-doubt, Badals, Jathedars and other individuals, whoever and whenever running the state machinery are being used under the Indian system to harm us as cover ups by all means in order to suppress our aspirations of freedom directly and indirectly at the instance of their Masters.

In the context, I hate the Indian system and for the reasons of this prevailing system, they are against us, otherwise I am not against anyone individually and personally.

My stress always remained in my views and writings that the Indian system is being run by the Indian central secret agencies, not by Badals, Jathedars and similar others or by any individuals.

Thus, our criticism is not correct logically, legally and in view of the Constitution of India and the criticism done so goes against us in the manner we are continuing doing it as being experienced by all us.

What a False Gift of honour, ‘People’s Party of Punjab’ by Manpreet Badal to Punjabis especially Sikhs?

People’s Party of Punjab

An Observation by
*Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana

Each and every word spoken by Manpreet Badal in the rally on March 27, 2011 was agenda of the Central Agencies.

In case, he dares to deny, I am ready for an open debate and argue with him on each word and the sentence he uttered on that day.

The centre is ruling over Punjab by proxy since 1947 and no way is it self rule of Punjabis and or Sikhs!

If Manpreet Badal is law graduate from London and a student of a history, I am law graduate and a student of Political Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

If Manpreet Badal belongs to a rich and landlord family and who never enjoyed diluted or poor quality of Lassi, but I belong to poor family and sometime drank the poor quality of Lassi.

Who took and eaten away debt of Rs 70,000 crore and now pending against Punjab. Definitely, Manpreet Badal must be among those who have eaten away the borrowed amount. But, I am very clear that no poor family like mine has idly eaten away the borrowed amount of Rs 70,000 crore and did lead a poor life within our resources, earned by sacrificing the prime of our youth and hard labour by serving the nation.

My father explained us before his death that he always returned the Sangan-Naunda Rs. 31 in place of Rs. 21 in the native village, in case, my sons, you don’t visit that village, nobody will accuse you on this issue.

Similarly, I did serve for the nation by serving in Indian Air Force.

I and my heirs undertake to return the Sangan-Naunda, even if paid by a friend for the pious reasons known to him.

From where, the centre brought Rs. 70,000 crore to pay as a debt to Punjab? Will Manpreet Badal not question to the central agencies? Answer has to be no as Manpreet Badal is being backed by central agencies.

The blood and sweat of Punjabis especially Sikhs are mixed in Rs. 70,000 crore and they are entitled to have it and need not to return it to the centre on asking by the central agencies.

Manpreet Badal was looking totally frustrated during his entire speech in the rally on March 27, 2011, not with the agencies, but with the Sikhs and Badals family from within.

Moreover, Manpreet Badal is directionless and acting like new born patriot.

Manpreet Badal wants to keep the poor families further poor for at least another 20 years in order to return the debt of Rs. 70,000 crore and promising to pay more to the centre pool hereafter, that may the day of his retirement according to his constitution, subject to the central agencies promised him power and the rule of Punjab and in return, Manpreet Badal will not allow to raise any political demands also.

What a false gift of honour, ‘People’s Party of Punjab’ by Manpreet Badal to Punjabis especially Sikhs?

Who Is Behind: Manpreet Singh Badal Backed By The Central Agencies?

What a finally anti- Sikh brain wave of central agencies in action under the garb of “People’s Party of Punjab”!

PPP has no ‘Punjabi name’, because here word, People’s don’t mean only Punjabis, but includes all Indians.

“PPP Is Only for Economic Freedom minus any Political Agenda”. PPP sent a clear cut message to the people of Punjab especially Sikhs to forget your political rights and accept political slavery forever in face of Economic Freedom or be prepared to see also the cancer like conditions in rest of Punjab:

What Else Progress in Punjab in face of the Highest Rate of Cancer Patients in District Bathinda- A Story of a Cruelty of a Family with Their Own People: Manpreet Badal Is Also Included in the Family?

None else is trustworthy for the job except Badals.

There have also been suggestions that he has been propped by the Congress, union FM Pranab Mukherjee which wants to divide Akali votes in the coming elections.

Those looking for deeper designs suggest that he is being backed by central agencies, who would like to see a moderate face in Akalis, once the old Akali generation fades away.

Mental status of Sheep (
Similarly is the Mental Status of Crowd-without their own opinion-directionless)

"Doctor sahib," the farmer quipped, "you don’t know anything about sheep (crowd). When one of them (crowd) decides to go, they will all go."

An elderly farmer from Himachal Pradesh was brought into the hospital because he appeared confused and was thought to have had a stroke. Attempting to assess his mental status, the emergency doctor asked: "If you have a hundred sheep in a pasture and seven escape, how many will be left?"

"Zero", replied the farmer.

"No, the answer is 93," said the doctor.

"Doctor sahib," the farmer quipped, "you don’t know anything about sheep. When one of them decides to go, they will all go."

What the Sikh Turban Stands For

Sometime, Sikhs are tied with their Turbans like animals by Punjab police:

Sikhs in the hands of security forces in India, and also in Punjab, are facing the worst situation till day, where they are compelled to remove their turbans by police authorities and by the other security forces, and sometime, Sikhs are tied with their own turbans like animals by Punjab police and it is in the open knowledge of all, but people including Sikh politicians and so called social organizations out of fear and for other reasons are shying away to say to the outer world so clearly and openly.
