The State must change sincerely its attitude religiously by avoiding the misuse of religion  and the people be advised honestly, as already said, ‘The Headmen of Church (Religion), not as religious as masses consider and think them, and Headmen of any Church obey rulers very cunningly, but not gently ...’

India within its Constitution! What?

But India in practice! What?

Analyze and decide! 

Or 

Ask Babri Masjid who speaks

It will continue to speak

What is India in practice?

Feeling demolished and humiliated again

“Is India a Sovereign Socialist Democratic Republic?

Also is it with a parliamentary system of government?”

Babri Masjid speaks 

India within its Constitution! What?

As to how Babri Masjid speaks?

Like Advani aspiring

To be a Prime Minister as its head

Advani aspired to be PM as its head

By hammering on my head

Babri Masjid speaks

Now demolished and humiliated again

Shred my heart because it questioned?

My dignity and truth that I was ever existed

Especially Justice Sharma claimed

He passed Judgment and talked

Like as he is a Mahant of a Dera!

No legality, hence Judgment to be ignored

Left to the Supreme Court to shape it

So that Judgment should look legal

By way of compromise among the parties

Under the whip and command of State

What Justice Sharma did like a Mahant!

Two out of three judges have

Two out of three judges have Bachelor Degree in Science not Politics .
They have given verdict based on logic not faith .It was proved beyond doubt that there was a Hindu Religious structure present below the mosque .

The Option between the ‘Generalists’ or the ‘Scientists’

On the question of option between the ‘Generalists’ or the ‘Scientists’ (Specialists), who are to be considered better as Judges, Administrators, Rulers, the answer has to be the ‘Generalists’ only?

However, the Judges having such a long experience, the arguments against them shall not be justified on this issue.

Whatever, they did, intentionally and deliberately’ and the reasons are best known to them.

The case was to be decided by the legal experts not by the scientists as being appreciated here.

Moreover, science students being considered specialized only in a particular field are rarely preferred for law.

To avoid their entry in law, the three years course now being replaced slowly with five years course after 10+2 class pass students in India.

In five years course in law, during the first two year, only art subjects and in remaining three years, law subjects are taught to the students. However, after such a long experience of the Judges, the arguments for and against the Judges do not matter in this case.

What an extremity of intolerance and injustice experienced in India?

Some may call it purely religious act, but the act fundamentally for the political reasons on the part of communal parties, organizations, groups including similar  parties with mask on, in gross violation of the constitution of India, so daringly and openly, the judiciary also acted  as a party to it.

No end to the injustice and intolerance insight presently in India.

The world opinion is required further to be building up against the unending injustice and the intolerance in India, that’s being carried out cruelly in the manner under the garb of democracy, independent judiciary and the constitution of India.
