Sardar Harvinder Singh Phoolka Not Proved Finally Undeterred

1984 SIKH GENOCIDE: POLITICS OR WHAT

AND IT WAS GOING ON SINCE LONG AT WHOSE INSTANCE?

Was the resolution by the DSGMC executive committee only to blame Sardar H S Phoolka to justify the reasons of injustice in the Indian system?

OR

Were and are all hand in glove to do so by a stage manage drama of infighting of the Sikhs, aided by Jathedars of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib?

It is worth to quote to senior lawyer H S Phoolka:

“I knew what I was doing. Taking on politicians and police officers was never going to be an easy task especially when both were involved. And considering the immense power they wielded, it made my job that much tougher,” says Phoolka.

“I faced hostility in courts. I was dubbed as a terrorist and lawyers used to call me counsel for terrorists,” Phoolka recalls. “But, Phoolka says, he was undeterred. He burnt the midnight oil for years on end and led the coordinated efforts of his spirited team of junior lawyers to collect evidence and write the affidavits of victims before government-appointed bodies and commissions.”

“Most of the cases against politicians and police officers are over. They have already resulted in acquittals. Only four to five cases are left now like that of Congress leaders Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler,” he said……..” “Fight for justice to riot victims, now is just for symbolism”, said lawyer Harvinder Singh Phoolka.

To my mind, Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka himself is fed up from the system after concluding that he was unable to get any justice for the victims so far, from the government of India and its agencies who themselves were actively and directly party to commit the 1984-Sikh genocide.

Is Lawyer H S Phoolka not concealing, intentionally and deliberately, this fact or the real facts from Sikhs?

The rest seems an excuse on the part of H S Phoolka, may be for other reasons, to quit from the cases.

It was being openly alleged that Sarna and his associates, anywhere in India or elsewhere since long, are active to divide and get eliminated the Sikhs on one pretext or the other as per the assigned task to them by their masters.

Then, under the circumstances, why to take his (Sarna) an allegation so seriously and quit all 1984 cases.

It is neither professionally correct nor morally to do so at the cost of victims on the part of Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka by taking an allegation so seriously, levelled by a person along with his coterie, said to be working openly against the larger interest of Sikhs.

Was the resolution by the DSGMC executive committee only to blame Sardar H S Phoolka to justify the reasons of injustice in the Indian system?

Sarna fails to appear at Akal Takht

“It was the DSGMC executive committee which had sought to know about the slow pace of the 1984 cases and a resolution to find reasons was also passed at its meeting on May 5…………..”

The Politics of Sarna brothers under the garb of the DSGMC executive committee: Could there be any more reasons of not getting justice for the victims of 1984 genocide other than explained time to time as under and also above by Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka or was the resolution only to blame Sardar H S Phoolka to justify the reasons of injustice in the Indian system?

Or

The Professional Conduct and the Legal Ethics

Reminded to Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka

Akal Takht calls, Phoolka decides to stay on
http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/akal-takht-calls-phoolka-decides-to-stay-on/650003/

When did DSGMC president Paramjit Singh Sarna said to pursue the 1984-Sikh genocide cases to Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka?

If Sarna never said to pursue the 1984-Sikh genocide cases to Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka, then why  to quit on mere a “levelled an allegation by Sarna against Phoolka of wasting money on these cases and said it's a futile exercise, there was and is even no need for wasting money on Nanavati Commission”?

It was being openly alleged that Sarna and his associates, anywhere in India or elsewhere since long, are active to divide and get eliminated the Sikhs on one pretext or the other as per the assigned task to them by their masters.

Then, under the circumstances, why to take his (Sarna) an allegation so seriously and quit all 1984 cases. I am proud of that I did learn about the professional conduct and the legal ethics including the subject of drafting in 1978-79 from Sardar Harjit Singh Bedi, now justice of the Supreme Court of India (He was also a part time lecturer in the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh from 1974 to 1983).  The Senior Lawyer H S Phoolka is being requested and suggested to consult Hon’ble justice Harjit Singh Bedi on the subject, the professional conduct and the legal ethics.
