Were Maoists, Naxalites Only Responsible For 77% to 37% Poverty (Blow Poverty Line-BPL?) In India?

Were the Maoists, Naxalites Ruling India So Far?

Does the self created menace and its projection in the manner always not amount to diverting the attention as usual of Indians from the real problems facing India?

The option between “The terrorism that has always an end” and “The State Terrorism that never ends”!

"No matter who fires the gun, it is the poor and the ordinary citizen who almost always bears the brunt"

What an Option for an Activist?

Poem: An Activist

I noticed hate as an enemy of peace and love
Developed spirit to fight hate in childhood itself
because hate is enemy of love and peace
Hate never allowed us to love
and live in peace with each other
or with someone so in knowledge of other
First I fought with force against hate
Found enemies all around
less love everywhere more hate

The enemy is the another name of the hate
there is no love and peace,
where there are enemy and hate
Where is love and peace?
In the space between the enmity of one and another
you will find there love, peace and enjoyment of life
because there was only love and peace in between
the both extreme ends of the enmity and hate
How to find out the “space between”?
“Where there is no hate”

Be secretly sponsored rights activist of the mighty State!

You will find love and peace, there no hate
because you are also activist of the mighty state.
What to be done by the mighty state activist?

Don’t collect data judicially
neither approach to any court
nor to have faith in or burden judiciary
keep the victims away from judiciary
Write articles and or book(s) on State violence
such articles and or book(s) only for fame and publicity
should have no judicial value in court or inquiry

Write about all human sufferings of violent groups
finally, only to write
the groups determined to overthrow
the elected fake government by violent means

but they don’t understand their own theory
but only interested in violence and I love them
justify the mighty state secretly with the secret

and have the fame and name in the world
Act so secretly and professionally as an activist
to have perfection as an activist of the state

You be in between
“The terrorism that has always an end” and “The State Terrorism that never ends”
the terrorists also don’t wish to be humans
for you always better act secretly
a sponsored activist by the State

I worship both to have the space,
the fame and name in the world

Don’t be master of the pen.
You must understand and know,

“The Pen is mightier than the Sword”

Can you name some?
Better you be mum!

“I am secretly an activist of the State”

Better you be mum!
Better you be mum!

Who are the patriots???

We were born poor. We became soldiers or Maoists due to poverty. Killed or finished in poverty. Rest is the politics.

“You should stop heckling me” said Arundhati Roy

'I'm not Sonia or PC... I do not represent Maoists or the State' , “I would not. Because I don't have the skills. I don't represent the Maoists. I don't represent the State. I just have an independent opinion,” argued Arundhati Roy..........

The politics of our poverty and the politics of idleness of the activists and the politicians were seen in action in India.

What is difference between the thought-reality of ‘An Activist’ and ‘The Activist’?

In an era of extreme paranoia, everything is about perceptions, not evidence, so everything can be spun to suit a cause. Not even a journalist can be relied upon to see clearly. These are the lessons of Renee Gladman's powerful prose poem The Activist.

"No matter who fires the gun, it is the poor and the ordinary citizen who almost always bears the brunt"

Photographs of wailing family members mourning the dead troops and burning funeral pyres, have touched a chord with many across India.

Many of the dead soldiers were young men in their early twenties and many of them came from poor and underprivileged families. Some were reported to be the sole bread-winners for their family.

In a remote village in Chhattisgarh, the sister of a slain policeman appeared before local television cameras to challenge "the Maoist leaders to come and convince me about the cause they are fighting for".

'Mistakes'

The editor-in-chief of the Indian Express Shekhar Gupta, says the Maoists will come round "once you convince them of the futility of war".

That is unlikely to happen anytime soon. The Maoists derive their support mostly from the tribal populations who have endured poverty and neglect at the hands of the authorities during years of bad governance.

A senior official who has formerly served in the region told the BBC, "Some beginning has to be made. A lot of mistakes made over the years have to be corrected."

Public anger is now being heard everywhere and no one seems to be prepared to hear pro-Maoist voices any more.

Many are agreed, however, that no matter who fires the gun, it is the poor and the ordinary citizen who almost always bears the brunt.”

The Allegations and Counter-Allegations

Will the home minister P Chidambaram not conclude that any movement in India so far, was remained a part of the State terrorism and was allowed to flourish for the political reasons?

BJP leader Yashwant Sinha said the Congress used Maoists for political gains in some states and sent a "wrong signal" that the government was "ready to compromise on terrorism".

"You forged an alliance with Naxalites in Andhra Pradesh for electoral benefits," BJP leader Yashwant Sinha thundered.

As the noise grew louder amid the allegations and counter-allegations, Meira Kumar asked BJP leader Yashwant Sinha not to "level allegations which you are not able to substantiate".

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal reacted sharply and said the BJP leader Yashwant Sinha had forgotten the relationship his party has with Maoists in Chhattisgarh.

"He doesn't know what relationship his party has with Maoists. He has forgotten that," Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said, this time triggering protests from BJP MPs.

BJP leader Yashwant Sinha had also earlier "condemned with contempt" the remarks by Congress leader Digvijay Singh accusing the BJP of having a nexus with the guerrillas in Chhattisgarh.

"They sent soldiers without shoes and socks to fight Chinese. And the Dantewade incident is like that only. Indian forces were sent to Dantewade without preparations," he said.

UNMANAGEABLE INDIA

An Activist

POVERTY PERCENTAGE IN INDIA!!!

It's official: 37 pc live below poverty line

http://ibnlive.in.com/news/its-official-37-live-below-poverty-line/113522-3.html?from=tn

NEW DELHI: Uncertainty over the number of people who will benefit from the proposed food security law has been lifted.

The Planning Commission has accepted the Tendulkar Committee report which holds 37 per cent of people in India below the poverty line, an increase of 10 per cent

The Tendulkar report will seriously impact the architecture of the right to food bill

Two other reports had pegged poverty at higher levels. The Arjun Sengupta report had said 77 per cent of Indians live on less than Rs 20 a day while the N C Saxena Committee report had said 50 per cent of people live below poverty. However, the Tendulkar report with a figure of at 37 per cent, is perhaps more acceptable to the government.

But activists on the ground are already calling it an underestimation of poverty.

About 37% people of India live below poverty line, says a report by the Tendulkar Committee.
