Your honour deserved to be Prime Minister because of your individual qualities and for the reasons became a choice of all again. 

You proved yourself as an extraordinary personality and a clean Sikh (Not weak or useless) in the present top political scenario of India. 

Here liberal attitude and farsightedness of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and her children, Rahul and Priyanka deserved to be especially appreciated & respected in all respects forever. 

Sikhs do feel this moment as a compensation for them and that should prove and become as a reality.  

You are having long innings in economical field and you are likely to touch a new height in this direction beyond any imagination like becoming the Prime Minister of India at this moment. 

Beyond all this, the implementation of ‘Rule of Law’ should be your priority to protect the common man who has to take shelter meekly within the different horde / swarm who always remain beyond the reach of law. 

Thus the flattery has become the way of life not the ‘Rule of Law’. The weakness of any individual, leads to corruption. Law must prevail in India to remove ills. 

You have already promised development (again) keeping human element in mind.  

I along with my family heartily congratulate you and your family members, who considered (now all countrymen think so) you a serious man as reported, for becoming the prime minister of this vast country though not fully managed so far. 

I feel your quality of seriousness can be one of the reasons of your unmatched success.

ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘੜੀ ਨੂੰ (ਫਿਰ) ਇਕ ਹੱਕੀ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਨਿਬੜਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਉਪਲੱਬਧੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵੱਲ ਹੋਰ ਬੁਲੰਦੀ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਓਗੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਇਸ ਸੰਕਟਮਈ ਮੋੜ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮਾ ਦਿਖਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਦੇ ਉਪਰੰਤ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਸਤੇ ‘ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ’ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਬੇਆਸਰਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਡਰ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਖਵਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਝੁੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਨਾ ਬਣਨਾ ਪਵੇ। ਇਹ ਹੇੜ (ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਸਰਕਾਰੀ) ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵੱਲ ਧੂਅ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ‘ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ’ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ‘ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ’ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ‘ਆਮ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ’ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ‘ਵਿਕਾਸ’ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ (ਹੁਣ ਵੀ) ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋ।

To be involved in smuggling with the support of the smugglers and the influential including the agencies meant to check the menace, to join the mainstream of richness is very easy but the risk is very negligible or to say minimum or no risk at all. To check the menace of drug smuggling and its addiction is rarely on the agenda seriously of any government till the sons and daughters of some of the politicians and the influential including the agencies meant to check the menace come in grip of the drug addiction, in large numbers, badly and to the epidemic and alarming proportions.  For the politicians and the influential including the agencies meant to check the menace, the ill-gotten money and the status raised from and through the source of drug smuggling is always dearer than their children.
