Mr.

Is Chief
Ministers of
Gujarat Mr.
Narendra Modi (BJP) really supporter of Khalistan and Khalistanis?
Or
Was Mr.
Narendra Modi (BJP) pitching further Sikhs against Muslims?
When Narendra Modi says, “ The then Congress government rejected in 20 minutes
the mercy petition and hang within 24 hours two Khalistani militants
(Sukha and Jinda), convicted for assassinating the former Army
Chief, Gen. A.S. Vaidya, because it involved those who did not

Or
Did
Mr.
Narendra Modi (BJP) explain the Indian style of politics to
appease majority to constitute a vote bank by pitching minorities
against minorities for their (Minorities) deadly end, one way or the
other as the politicians are trained and taught for the purpose in
India and Mr. Narendra Modi (BJP) himself used the weapon with the
help of State machinery for killing Muslims in Gujarat?
Mr.
Narendra Modi (BJP) should have disclosed as to how two Khalistani
militants execution was manipulated for their judicial murder when,
legally, there was no case made out against them as the
prosecution story could not be proved judicially being totally false
and fabricated.

Sikh Militants: LTTE killed Tamil civilians:
surrendered Tiger leaders
The LTTE Tigers used their own Tamils i.e. the
civilians as human shields in
Sri
Lanka as the breaking news and reports coming in even today, whereas
in past, during the real encounters, Sikh militants never did so.
Then, only the Indian security forces used the
civilians especially villagers as human shields but Sikh warriors
died or escaped unharmed bravely after proving their skill in such
encounters which is a matter of record and they (Sikhs militants as
warriors) will always be remembered in the history.
But, the Sikh Vichar Manch could not restrain and
appealed, “Please don’t inhumanly treat ‘LTTE Tigers’ in custody as
were Sikhs treated and eliminated in India and the maltreatment to
Sikhs continues though tactically. Presently, the civilians and
‘LTTE Tigers’ including Sri Lanka forces involved are facing very
hard and the worse situation in the specific field area and they
need all humanitarian help. Please all concerned must intervene for
help, peace and justice.”
In both cases, let me also bow my head before the
warriors who sacrificed wittingly or unwittingly for the cause
though their sacrifices were/are cashed by the Indian government
sponsored and named militants. The people acted under the garb of
different names like parties, committees, associations,
organisations submitted to follow the dictates of central agencies
especially trained and meant for achieving the desired results.

India stands exposed and
isolated in the world
Finally, It seems
the whole world knew and India realized in particular that it was
wrong and deceptive to kill and wipe out Sikhs inhumanly on one
side, for the elusion of their Sikh sovereignty, and on the other
hand encouraging and supporting the liberation movements in
neighboring countries by all means to cause unrest and disturb peace
there, for example as India acted so far in the case of LTTE tigers
in Sri Lanka.
Was India not

“PM

The Sikh Vichar

Parbhandak Committee Chief Avtar Singh Makkar and did not consider
anybody Sikh unless he or she is not directly or indirectly dealing

In the context and
for the political reasons, SGPC Chief Avtar Singh Makkar rightly,

Otherwise, the Sikh

Who will be India's next prime minister?
In view of the prevailing situation
and under the circumstances, Mayawati, 53, or Manmohan Singh, 76,
could be and more acceptable prime minister of India.
Both are taught, seasoned,
disciplined and know as how to follow and move in the line of old

A STORY OF STATE
REPRESSION
The protests by all those, only, who
supported silently the genocide of Sikhs in India. Why? Are they
projecting deceptively and to whom?
The protests by all those elements,
which supported silently the genocide of Sikhs, are being taken
non-seriously by government for the maltreatment of Sikhs since long
in India.
Indian state has provided the
elements a space to function, issue pamphlets, organise seminars. In
fact, it is generally known that many of these so called panthic
organisations are routinely used by the police to issue
statements……In many cases, the press hand-outs are prepared by the
police and merely distributed to the selected media in their name
for glorifying them.
Was it a ‘Sikh Struggle’ or the
‘Elusion of Sikh Sovereignty’?
To my mind, the repression continues
though the style is changed.

The
Fight of Protecting the Religion or the Politics of Religion!
By Balbir Singh
Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana
The
world is burning in the fight of protecting the religion or the
politics of religion only to teach a lesson to each other in all
respects, in a fraudulent way. The government agencies as seen and
experienced in India seem to be trained their men in respective
fields to bring the confrontation at peak levels and for planting
the story or stories like the religious places in the country on the
boil and the end to it is not in sight so far.
From, the forum of
the Sikh Vichar Manch, it is already said on the painful incident,
“Sikhs along with all peace loving organizations in the world must
register their protest strongly, adequately and effectively for
meaningful and remedial action
against torching London’s most important Gurdwara, which housed
priceless religious books, in a suspected racist attack in Britain.
The Sikh religion is the only another name of ‘Sri Guru Granth
Sahib’ and its message is given through
Gurdwara(s), worshiping place for
all humans especially Sikhs to impart the message, meant for
the peace, equity, dignity and the stability of mind in practice and
actions and, that to avoid any confrontation among religions,
communities, humans and so on in every field.
The religion must
be allowed to be practiced and followed freely and reasonably with
God gifted sanity, so long it does not hurt others in any manner.
Guru Granth Sahib is the final and perpetual Guru of Sikhs. The
disrespect in any manner to
Gurdwara(s) should be taken in protest seriously as an insult to
humanity and against the peace, equity, dignity and the
stability of mind of all, the law abiding people following an
unbiased way of life in the world.”
There was no end to provocations from the managed dramas by
the agencies and the individuals in order to plan hatred, the
killings, and the disappearances as was also seen in the process to
destroy the Sikh religious valuable manuscripts and the historical
books with the help of and in face of cheaters within and outside
Sikh community as seen and being experienced in Punjab and elsewhere
in India.
It looks as every such religious man from any community like
who becomes Sikh for commercial motives
and who accepts Sikhism formally to imitate Sikhs for material gains
and to exploit Sikhism for their ignoble ends, is always
asked to remain excited and claim against each other that his
religion is supreme, and why don’t you follow and believe it alone?
Like other serious drawbacks in humans, the so named religious men
are not lagging behind in domestic violence and the hypocrisy.
Some are acting other way around for offending others to
create distrust, hatred and the nuisance and claiming that there is
no God and not to believe HIM at all, though, they are quietly
performing all their respective religious ceremonies in their
families.
It is like a war of hatred among the religious functionaries
themselves and with the other category who does not believe in HIM.
The atheist looks as he was fighting for non-existing entity. The
believers like me, that God is ALMIGHTY and
PROTECTOR, are also fighting with so called atheists to press
them to agree about the existence and the supremacy of God. The
atheists and believers, both are restless and dissatisfied because
of imperfection i.e. lack of adequate use of God gifted sanity.
In view of the above, “The truth must be brought
on surface to check the disturbing forces and the elements anywhere
and everywhere permanently and similarly for the meaningful action
against torching
London’s most important Gurdwara for
the peace, equity,
dignity and the stability of mind.”
Egoists have
nothing to do with God or with their religion, they are
mostly creator of hatred, nuisance and restless in the society for
their own reasons and required be checked for the sake of humanity
but not ruthlessly.

were always asked to be baptised Sikhs in large scale, intentionally

Who will listen, decide and whom to
blame?
What
manipulations are going on by applying such or the similar
techniques that cause Sikhs to break down and suffer mentally and
physically under different names of humanity and the records?
THE Sikhs donated blood to break the Guinness Book of World Records
VERSUS
Sikh Spirit
ending in
Punjab due to Drug Addiction-Who IS
responsible???
THE Sikhs donated blood to break the Guinness Book of World Records
for ‘blood donation’-Congratulations!
Thank
God! Those, who would have been warriors of Sikhs to shed their
blood for their own cause, safety and security, donated blood
to break the Guinness Book of World Records for ‘blood donation’.
Under the
circumstances, Sikhs could be made donors in any form in my
independent country. There are rare chances for them to be
beneficiaries. Please do accept my congratulations!
Earlier,
Sikhs were used or asked to be baptised Sikhs in large scale during
like on the Hola Mohalla celebrations at the Sikh shrine of Keshgarh
Sahib, only to declare some of them militants, extremists etc later
on. After declaring them so and then maltreating them in name of
eliminating militancy, their valuable body parts especially eyes,
kidneys including blood used to be taken out in torturous cells in
the past as was reported from Ropar torture cells.
What manipulations
are going on by applying such or the similar techniques that cause
Sikhs to break down and suffer mentally and physically under
different names of humanity and the records? God knows!
I have
already commented as under:
“Should Sikhs not learn a lesson from the past and now? Is it
not proper to conclude in this manner? After shedding and taking out
Sikhs blood against each other, as Sikhs were used from within to
prosecute Sikh community in the name to fight back against terrorism
or otherwise.
Now, they voluntarily would be made, taught and forced to
give blood, in the name of donating blood, in one of the biggest
blood donation camps in the world, March 10 during the Hola Mohalla
celebrations at the Sikh shrine of Keshgarh Sahib.
In the mega-blood donation camp, over 25,000 units of blood
are being targeted for collection within 24 hours, is being
organised jointly by the Akal Takht, the highest temporal seat of
Sikh religion, the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC)
and the Akal Purakh ki Fauj (Army of the Almighty).
Similarly, Sikhs being preached to participate in the target
of 1,000,000- “One Million Chaupai Paaths” by June 2009 and so on,
non-issues for them in hand endlessly but not allowing them to
attend issues of their importance like restoring their self-dignity
and the justice to them for the excesses committed since 1984 or
without touching the other issues relevant to Sikhs.
Only, the
style of inhuman policy stands changed selectively especially
singling out Sikhs in India and elsewhere. Isn’t?”

The reasons of drug smuggling in the country known to the agencies
meant to check the menace
Who does
not like to become richer and one of the richest through the easy
earning and the low risk business of smuggling of all types of
intoxicants?
The risk of
smuggling of intoxicants is the only easy source for becoming a
member of a society called haves and the have nots are always ready
and willing to be conduits-pipe lines for the purpose at the
instance of the smugglers and influential to join the mainstream of
the richest people at any risk.
The
smugglers and influential in the business and operating remain
untouched in the system.
To be
involved in smuggling with the support of the smugglers and the
influential including the agencies meant to check the menace, to
join the mainstream of richness is very easy but the risk is very
negligible or to say minimum or no risk at all.
It is all
known to the agencies meant to check the menace of drug smuggling in
the country.
To
check the menace of drug smuggling and its addiction is rarely on
the agenda seriously of any government till the sons and daughters
of some of the politicians and the influential including the
agencies meant to check the menace come in grip of the drug
addiction, in large numbers, badly and to the epidemic and alarming
proportions.
Only in that
situation, the effective steps were seen in progress in true sense
but for a very short period and thereafter, the criminals return to
their business of the smuggling as usual.
That is also rarely
reported by the so affected, for the fear of loosing their status
symbol in the society.
For the politicians
and the influential including the agencies meant to check the
menace, the ill-gotten money and the status raised from and through
the source of drug smuggling is always dearer than their children.
Hence,
there are no serious efforts on the agenda of any government to
check and stop the menace of the
drug
addiction that has
assumed
epidemic and alarming proportions especially
in Punjab over the past few years
and may further worsen the situation in the country as explained.
Again question remains as to who will listen, decide and whom to blame?

Punjabi

Balbir Singh Sooch-Sikh Vichar Manch

Punjabi University holds symposium on Guru Granth Sahib-To
my mind, any religion is misunderstood by the respective
practitioners than following it rightly for the peace, equity,
dignity and the stability of mind in practice and, that only causes
confrontation among religions, communities, humans and so on in
every field.
Otherwise, there is no reason to discard or oppose any religion over
the other and the religion should be allowed to be practiced and
followed reasonably with God gifted sanity, so long it does not hurt
others in any manner.
For me, in the context, Dr Jaspal Singh, Vice -Chancellor,
Punjabi
University, Patiala rightly said, “Sikhism transcends various
barriers of caste and creed, inculcates ‘a universal morality’ among
the human beings that could help resolving the ongoing science

Sikh Spirit ending in Punjab due to Drug Addiction-Who IS RESPONSIBLE???
The reasons of drug smuggling in the country known
to the agencies meant to check the menace
By
Balbir Singh Sooch
Who does
not like to become richer and one of the richest through the easy
earning and the low risk business of smuggling of all types of
intoxicants?
The risk of
smuggling of intoxicants is the only easy source for becoming a
member of a society called haves and the have nots are always ready
and willing to be conduits-pipe lines for the purpose at the
instance of the smugglers and influential to join the mainstream of
the richest people at any risk.
The
smugglers and influential in the business and operating remain
untouched in the system.
To be
involved in smuggling with the support of the smugglers and the
influential including the agencies meant to check the menace, to
join the mainstream of richness is very easy but the risk is very
negligible or to say minimum or no risk at all.
It is all
known to the agencies meant to check the menace of drug smuggling in
the country.
To
check the menace of drug smuggling and its addiction is rarely on
the agenda seriously of any government till the sons and daughters
of some of the politicians and the influential including the
agencies meant to check the menace come in grip of the drug
addiction, in large numbers, badly and to the epidemic and alarming
proportions.
Hence,
there are no serious efforts on the agenda of any government to
check and stop the menace of the
drug addiction that has assumed epidemic and
alarming proportions especially in Punjab over the
past few years and may further worsen the situation in the country
as explained.

Submission by Balbir Singh Sooch,
Advocate, Ludhiana, for consideration in the larger interest of Sikh
Community- The possible language of the legislation for consensus
may be as under:
The legislation was necessary so that
the Sikh community should not live in fear of arrest by law
enforcement for carrying the
kirpan, which is an integral part of dress and or
otherwise for the Sikh practitioners religiously.
And, the legislation would require
police officers to receive instruction about the Sikh faith to
prevent instances of ignorance-based harassment, or at the
very least provide a legal basis for holding police officers
accountable to culturally appropriate standards of enforcement for
the diverse communities in which they work,
when the Sikhs as ‘practitioners’ of their faith truly’ carry blade
i.e. Kirpan as part of five articles of ‘specific size’.
The Sikhs as ‘practitioners’ mean who
practise in the sense; ‘Truly’ means who believe strictly in
carrying it as part of five articles of ‘specific size’ allowed; In
case, the internationally recognized ‘Sikh coalition’ or Sikh
Committee (s) as may be specified in the legislation certifies so,
keeping in mind the safety and security, to such Sikh practitioners
as beneficiaries under the legislation, then, there should not be
any hitch in reviewing it (bill) and the gaining political
traction in the upcoming legislative session, so far, I understand
from the news.

Injustice as a part of strategy
to rule over Punjab-India
By Balbir Singh
Sooch, Advocate,
Ludhiana
To
repeat the injustice done to Punjab has become customary before
every election-Injustice as a part of strategy to rule over
Punjab-India: The Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal stated always
openly and admittedly that as a chief minister of the state of
Punjab, he did not have powers independently more than a Municipal
Corporation within the Indian federal system and the genuine
students of political science do understand all this.
Under the system,
what is the hidden understanding in the so-called Indian democracy
that only a few families or selected individuals are allowed to rule
over their respective states in turn as congress and Akalis in
Punjab with an
iron rod of injustice i.e. with the help of lawless brutal police
force?
To repeat the
injustice done to Punjab has become customary before every election under the hidden
understanding with the centre and the parrot like repetition of
demands always remained without any effective action so far.
Demands: Whose
demands?
-
Calling for the
setting of a true federal system in the country with more
financial powers to states.
-
As usual, in an
address to the
Punjab
Assembly, the Governors demanding “decentralization of the
planning process”.
-
The injustice
done to
Punjab
in the matter of river waters issue and in the denial of
Chandigarh and other Punjabi speaking areas “should be immediately
removed”.
-
“That “transfer
of
Punjab’s
water to any other state is against any established principle and
law. (The Riparian Principle)” and “Punjab has no surplus water”.
-
Does tolerating
the injustice under the hidden understanding (vision and stature)
with the centre to maintain the family rule at the cost of people
of Punjab and the repetition of the injustice always amount to the
replacement only of politics of confrontation with that of
consensus and conciliation, and for that, is the Punjab Governor
General SF Rodrigues (Retd.) giving the Chief Minister Parkash
Singh Badal the credit and describing him as “one of the greatest
statesman of all times?
-
Would there be
ever any chance within the Indian system to have real justice for
the selective and exceptional law abiding neutrals without toeing
the line of factionalism?
With a hope for the best

Harjinder Dilgeer remained as one of the most privileged and

government of
India
Respected all,
Fateh!
Writer Harjinder Dilgeer remained as one of the most
privileged and respected writers in the eye of the SGPC and the DGPC
and the government of India, while he always maintained like some
other functionaries and the individuals that he was most-wanted for
his anti-India activities abroad despite his unchecked and
uncontrolled continued free movements to India and vice versa.
My encounter with him against his attitude could be seen on
pages 100 to 106 of a book, ‘ Samen Da Sachch (Sikh Dukhant)’
published by Jaswant Printers, Ludhiana in 1997. It was reminded to
him by Mr. Purdaman Singh Bedi when he (Dilgeer) was bending before
then President, Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Tohra, and the General
Secretary, Manjit Singh Calcutta of the SGPC again for a favour from
them but in vain, before saying good-bye to them. Thereafter, he
approached to the DGPC, who honoured him for his Panthic services as
a great writer. He replied to Mr. Bedi affirmatively.
Whether to judge him suspicious in Panthic interest and who
is right and wrong, only the impartial and a thorough examination of
his past conduct projected in the books of SGPC edited by him
including Dilgeer’s book “Sikh Twareekh” (History of Sikhs) and the
conduct of other related writers and the material with him is
required to be examined to decide the matter in question finally as
asked?

He was the first person who wrote in early 1980s about khalistan
from Norway or so. After instigating sikhs he has completely
backtracked and never talks about Khalistan. His other buddies like

Sikhi’s Survival Should
Not be left as a Token of Identity Only
Respected all,
I am always ready

to receive according to my capacity and ability though it is not my
profession.
But you are at
liberty to publish any article or views as news etc from my website
and email posted after necessary editing without changing the sense
and meaning.
Indian
press does know that “Only freedom of expression without justice and
welfare, in face of and in the presence of brutal police force,
military and other paramilitary forces, serves always more to
corrupt ruler than people in the system as existing in our country"
that’s by government of India is sparing me so far otherwise there
is no freedom of expression in India and the press is controlled and
privileged to harm or defame any individual/family which must suite
to the government of the day irrespective of any party etc.
Please stress and emphasize more that the Sikhi’s
survival should not be left as a token of identity only with
Sikhs belonging to
Dhande Di Sikhi (those who
become Sikhs for commercial motives) and Bhekh Di Sikhi
(those who accept Sikhism formally to imitate Sikhs for material
gains and to exploit Sikhism for their ignoble ends)
in connivance with SGPC/RSS/BJP/Congress
fraudulently as it looks today within and abroad.

said to be by the sponsored, aided, encouraged terrorists and at the

May that precedent and justification not prove

Would it be necessary to keep the apprehensions

Dear
Advocate Balbir Singh Jee Sooch, Sikh Vichar Manch,
Yesterday,
USA
President George Bush has admitted his mistake about "weapons of
mass destruction" in Iraq but still continues to fight for the last
six years. It equally applies to Afghanistan. Now net result is
before our eyes - i.e. we will sink but we will also take you with
us??? It is a fact that some persons have killed about 175 innocent
persons and destroyed some portions of Taj Hotel (Mahal) and Oberoi
Hotels and as such it should be investigated thoroughly, and
culprits brought to book with speed but without any bias, in an open
court.
Indian Government should avoid the golden trap
offered by
USA
and Israel as it will be nothing but total destruction of India &
Pakistan.
Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Defence
Minister should not try to appease BJP/RSS or any foreign country.
Nor this will bring victory to the Congress during the next election
under this ruse of eliminating terrorists just as after 1984 attack
on Darbaar Sahib.
USA,
UK, Israel could not eliminate terrorism, so will be the fate of
India until they sit together and resolve amicably under the
umbrella of U.N.
Also remember Second World War took place after
the great depression
- Financial Crisis of 1929-1930, which then
resulted dropping of Atom Bombs on
Hiroshima and Nagasaki on 6 &
9 August 1945 whereas now both countries are equipped with
Atomic weapons. Just imagine?? Please advise the Indian PM to cool
down and first investigate the involvement of Lt. Col. Purohit and
his mates who had stored enough weapons and ammunition for such
anti-nation activities though other elements can't be ruled out.
At page 918 (11) of the Guru Granth Sahib, Guru
Sahib advises us:
"Aisa Kunm Mulay Na Keechay Jitt Aentt Paschotieyay.." --
We should avoid any such action for which we have to repent in the
end.
This time it will not be easy like
Bangladesh war of December 1971.
Let us live in peace and harmony and try to
tackle such problems with patience and skills.
May Akaal Purkh save this burning world!

Who
knows what the pain of poverty is???
To my mind, the poverty alleviation
programmes remained in the hands of mostly people who don’t know
what is the pain of poverty? It can safely be said that the honest
with “best brains and best ideas” having knowledge of ground
realities though poor are available in
India
and in the countries with similar living conditions. For the
reasons, they could prove best to lead the poverty alleviation
programmes and reduce its pain provided the impact i.e. sincere and
honest implementation of such schemes is cross checked by the men of
the integrity or and belonging to the independent organisation like
UN. UN Millennium Campaign Global Director Sahil Shetty very rightly
said, “Poverty is a shame on the face of the country. We have to
wipe it out”.

Noting that one-third of the poor people in the world resides in
South Asia, a senior UN Millennium Campaign official on Friday said
existing poverty is a “shame” on the face of
India and efforts should be expedited to erase it.
Addressing a function organised by Amnesty

New Delhi,
UN Millennium Campaign Global Director Sahil Shetty said that if
India and South Asia cannot achieve poverty alleviation, it cannot
be erased from the earth.
“Poverty is a shame on the face of the country.
We have to wipe it out,” Shetty said.
He said that
India has the “best

The hope is very likely to be
fertile as Indian-Americans laud Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh
and promise N-deal as a gift for him. Indian officials are also
hoping that the US Congress will approve the landmark nuclear deal
by the time Manmohan Singh leaves
New York later on Saturday.
Indians do really feel proud in having a man of Dr. Manmohan Singh
stature as the Prime Minister of India who rightly and honestly
deserves all praise along with his sincere team including Madam
Sonia Ji and her family members for putting India on the global map
with his farsighted economic policies and his unwavering belief in
seeking nuclear liberation of India after the sufferings and the
isolation globally for 34 years in the field. President George W.
Bush and the Secretary of State Ms Condoleezza Rice who did and are
doing everything possible to get the N-deal finally approved despite
the opposition and obstacles from the very beginning for the deal,
would always be remembered as history maker of friendship between
India and US.

US House of Representatives passes Indo-US N-Deal

Washington,
Sept 28:
The
Indo-US civilian nuclear deal has moved into the last lap clearing a
major hurdle when the US House of Representatives approved a
legislation on it that will now go to the Senate before the two
countries can implement the civil nuclear agreement.
After a lot of drama and suspense, the House
passed the Bill on an unusual extra day of sitting on Saturday with
bi-partisan support but a considerable number of Democrats were
still opposed to it.
The Berman Bill H R 7081, named after Howard
Berman, a Democrat strongly opposed to the deal on non-proliferation
grounds and who converted only a couple of days ago, was adopted
with 298 voting for and 117 against. One lawmaker merely voted
present.
The deal just needs the backing of the Senate
which may vote next week on the issue. But the Senate vote appears
to be a formality given the fact that an identical Bill has already
been approved by its Foreign Relations Committee earlier this week.

Though
a Congressional consent eluded the deal when PM Manmohan Singh and
President George W Bush met on Thursday, the House approval came
hours before the PM left the US shores winding up his five-day visit
on his way to France.
Once the Senate gives its nod, the nuclear
agreement between the two countries will be ready for signing
between External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Secretary of
State Condoleezza Rice, who is slated to visit
New Delhi
on October 3.
The Administration is keen on signing the deal
before the end of the term of Bush who had entered into the
agreement with Singh more than three years ago that will end three
decades of nuclear apartheid against
India.
National Security Advisor M K Narayanan welcomed
the adoption of the deal by the House saying it was a matter of
great satisfaction. He expressed the hope that the Bill would get
cleared in the Senate sooner than later rather than wait for the
next session.
Hailing the House action, Indian Ambassador to US
Ronen Sen said, it would now be the last lap of a historic step for
both the countries. The deal enjoyed bi-partisan support and was
good for both
India and the
US.
South Carolina Republican Joe Wilson, one of the
strongest supporters of the legislation and the agreement, hailed
the vote saying it moved the
US one
step forward in strengthening the partnership with people of India.

The administration, Pollution control board and departments
concerned not to ignore the legal provision to keep
Ludhiana
worth living, pollution free, clean and green.
Despite the information that the residents of areas
near Sangeet Cinema etc have been left high and dry is very
painful but at the same time there seems something positive in the
plan that there shall be no further expansion of these industrial
units.
It was
also decided that Ludhiana being an industrial city, the present
trend of co- existence of commercial and industrial activity, along
with residential use, cannot be disturbed immediately but should be
regulated through a legal provision for setting up shopping centres,
hotels, hospitals, and other activities so that people, who are
running polluting and hazardous waste generating industry, are
encouraged to use their land for commercial use if they choose to
shift the industry away from the city.
The
residents hope and submit that the administration, Pollution control
board and departments concerned would not ignore the legal provision
to keep Ludhiana worth, living, residential, pollution free, clean
and green.

all named by the accused, must go even beyond that to find out the
many local politicians, senior officials, touts and other
professionals were involved in the racket and connected in the
business.
The
arrest accepting a bribe the part of political vendetta or has any
connection with the arrest by the Vigilance Bureau of a
sub-registrar, Arvind Verma who had replaced ‘most honest’ officer
who was presented the ‘Most Honest Officer’ award by Chief Minister
Parkash Singh Badal about four months ago when the corruption is
always allowed openly for humiliating, insulting and harassing
people were not the motives that brought to the centre stage that
the office was a den of corruption, should also be the one of the
issues required to investigated and concluded in this case to remove
apprehension in the minds of people and all concerned that the
arrest accepting a bribe was not a part of political vendetta or has
no connection replacing ‘most honest’ officer through the Court
Orders.

otherwise the corruption is always allowed openly for humiliating,
insulting and harassing people
and the complaints and the problems are numerous like erratic power
supply, so many schools in Punjab which do not have teachers and
drinking water, Students from the middle and lower-middle classes
can't get admissions to schools without giving 'donations', the
roads are in bad shape, Traffic is hardly regulated by the cops, who
are present only to extract money from people violating traffic
rules, the telephone department won't fix your phone unless the
lineman has been given his regular bakshish of Rs 100, the
shopping malls display their products on the shelves even if the
expiry date is over, or only a couple of weeks away. There is
inadequate parking at most of the malls, the city bus stands and
railway stations are pathetic. The state buses are not even fit for
short journeys, the public parks are sans any public utilities. Dark
and unlit corners make perfect spots for petty crimes, there is no
facility for accident victims, government offices are full of
corrupt and slothful officers, who won't move a file unless they are
bribed, the district courts are full of touts and nothing moves
without money?

Sub-registrar
arrested for accepting bribe
Ludhiana, September 19
The Vigilance Bureau arrested a
sub-registrar, Arvind Verma, after he was caught red-handed
accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from an NRI on Friday. Two others,
identified as Parminder Pal Singh (cashier) and Harjinder Singh
(police constable), were also arrested. The sub-registrar’s reader,
Gopal Krishan, is absconding.
“NRI Barjinder Singh Lalton wanted to register a
power of attorney favouring one Baljit Singh of Baddowal and
approached Verma. The accused demanded Rs 15,000 as bribe. Later,
the deal was settled at Rs 10,000. After this, Lalton filed a
complaint with us,” said Senior Superintendent of Police, Vigilance
Bureau, Kanwarjit Singh Sandhu.
A Vigilance Bureau team, led by Deputy
Superintendent of Police Rav Charan Singh Brar and Deputy
Superintendent of Police Gurcharan Singh, laid a trap for the
sub-registrar. After Lalton delivered the cash, it passed from Verma
to Krishan to Parminder Pal Singh and finally to Harjinder Singh.
The Vigilance Bureau also conducted a raid at
Verma’s house in Jalandhar and seized Rs 1.59 lakh, 47 bottles of
Scotch whiskey and two unlicensed rifles. The Jalandhar Police has
registered two cases, one under the Excise Act and another under the
Arms Act, against Verma in this regard, said SSP Sandhu.
Verma
had replaced ‘most honest’ officer
Sub-registrar Arvind Verma had replaced Mukesh
Kumar, who was presented the ‘Most Honest Officer’ award by Chief
Minister Parkash Singh Badal, about four months ago.

Is it a part of act and

Is it a show of

Do the people of this

Could there be any race

Would the expulsion diminish

The answers to the

From the teachings and

‘the central idea of the teachings of sacred scripture, the Adi
Granth’ respectively as under:
“Sikh is a symbol of
insight of human perfection, the optimistic nature of human ought to
be reflections of Sikh Gurus and purely based on the teachings of
sacred scripture, the Adi Granth of the fifth largest world
religion”.
The central idea is:
“To have less hunger and curiosity of sex, anger, snare, greed and
pride, the more is the peace of mind. As the peace of mind is
directly proportional to hunger and curiosity of sex, anger, snare,
greed and pride”.

COMMENTS
NSG passes India waiver by consensus
(Lead) is a very happy news and congratulations for peace loving and
the law abiding people in the World and it shall definitely result
into sustainable peace and prosperity” on the lines desired from the
very beginning and recently commented by me, “The “significant”
statement by India that it would abide by a “voluntary unilateral
moratorium on nuclear testing” and its appreciation by US would give
a positive momentum to talks by the 45-member Nuclear Suppliers
Group (NSG) aimed at granting a waiver to New Delhi to enable it do
nuclear commerce. Where is the question of no commitment on part of
India in view of the undertaking when ‘The 123 agreement clearly
says that if India goes for a nuclear test, the fuel supply would be
stopped? There is no need of a nuclear test for India (and) hence no
question of fuel supply being stopped arises,’ said Congress
spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi” as found quoted. Now the point
of contention might be that in case India chooses to violate or
withdraw from the N-deal and prefers to go for nuclear testing
anytime under the changed circumstances then what would be the
checks and sanctions against India? Would India ever prefer nuclear
testing in face of poverty, unhealthy living conditions, existing
disparity, problem of law and order i.e. class and caste etc war
like situation created in India? No-doubt; N-deal is open and not
expressly clear on the issue so far as it could be judged, guessed
and seen from the draft of the deal and also from the raised hue and
cry for and against the deal”. Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate,

“The condition though not expressed
in the N-deal that the US has the right to terminate nuclear
commerce with India in the event of a nuclear test by India but it
was very much implied from the language of N-deal and other factors
considered and taking place in the international scenario.
There is nothing new to raise such a
hue and cry by the parties opposing the deal for only selfish
political compulsions and reasons keeping in mind the coming General
Lok Sabha Elections-2009.
To my mind, even if India feels
herself so powerful any time to end nuclear commerce with US, India
would be free to do so as there is nothing specifically binding to
that effect expressly between the countries.
Who would be in what capacity to
terminate the deal is left open to be decided by the coming
generations as understood from the deal.
However, everyone is free to
interpret the deal so far it is left unexplained between the
parties.
So long deal is beneficial must be
accepted by India for sustainable peace and prosperity”.

Poohla’s
group faces uncertain future
Nihang Poohla, accused of heinous
crimes - murder, drug trafficking and land grab-6
Sikhs -Nihang Ajit Poohla’s Death and the
Indian State’s Terror on Punjab’s Land. State Terror Network
assisted and projected hero Jaswinder Singh alias “good fighter”
alias Nihang (Baba) Ajit Singh Poohla, accused of heinous crimes -
murder, drug trafficking and land grab - Ajit Singh Poohla was "a
patriot and nationalist" to former Punjab DG KPS Gill. Such was the
clout enjoyed by this former police cat Nihang – who was set ablaze
at the high-security Central Jail, Amritsar and died in PGI,
Chandigarh on August 29, 2008. While fixing the responsibility for
the death of Nihang Ajit Singh Poohla “His misdeeds and
misadventures” must be seen and linked to “The Indian state’s terror
on Punjab’s land” and “human rights abuses include abuse of Sikh
religion in Punjab and elsewhere” as his gang especially his name
was synonymous with State terrorism.
Nihang Ajit Singh Poohla also created
fear psychosis in mind of the Judges and courts-5
Is it not a rare coincidence, Phoola and
his armed brigade raided the house of Jattana in the wee hours of
August 29 , 1991, and burnt alive four women, named Jasmer Kaur
(grandmother), Dawarki Kaur, Manpreet Kaur (a class VII student) and
Harsimranjit Kaur, a six-year-old handicapped girl. After 17 years,
Poohla succumbed to burn injuries on the same day i.e. August 29?
Nihang Poohla was involved in illegal occupation of a gurdwara in
Sector 39 and growing poppy on the premises. He was thrown out in
2005, after 15 long years. It was not a stray incident. In the last
two decades, he has been accused of wresting control of various
historical gurdwaras across Punjab - to grow and sell poppy.
Poohla enjoyed a high security cover of 42 official gunmen armed
with 77 sophisticated weapons. Nihang Ajit Singh Poohla also created
fear psychosis in mind of the Judges and courts. How he could do all
this and at whose instance? Was he always backed by politicians and
secret agencies?
Baba used abusive language against the
judge-4
“Indian Express Friday October 20, 1995-
Taruna Dal Chief creates ruckus in court-Poonam Batth-Chandigarh,
Oct 19: The Taruna Dal Nihang Chief, Ajit Singh Puhla, created a
ruckus in the district courts yesterday and today when he forcibly
took his armed Nihangs into the complex despite resistance by a
jawan of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). According to
sources, the alone CRPF jawan was pushed aside by armed guards of
the Baba and a gun was allegedly put on his temple. They succeeded
in reaching the threshold of the court of the judge concerned. The
immediate cause of provocation is learnt to be issuance of warrants
of Baba directing him to appear in the court as a prosecution
witness, in the infamous Kanwar Singh Dhami case. It is learnt that
the Baba used abusive language against the judge outside the court
premises ........ He later went to "meet" the judge in his chamber.
It is not known what transpired between two.
The judge concerned immediately
summoned a senior police officer in the court-3
The judge concerned immediately summoned a
senior police officer in the court and apprised him of the
developments. Despite the advance information to the local police
about the Baba’s second appearance today in the same court laxity in
security of the courts was apparent. The Baba along with his armed
men, though less in number on the second day, managed to transgress
into the court building. The armed Nihangs today roamed freely in
the courts complex with their arms and even got the chamber of one
of the lawyers vacated for making room for themselves, it is learnt.
Interestingly, one of the Nihangs was also carrying a walkie talkie
wireless set in his hand. Threatening Calls: his 20 page order, Mr
Justice Jhanji revealed that no more than one occasion, attempts
were made to browbeat the court as "anonymous" callers threatened
him on the telephone asking him to wash his hands off the case.
The same was brought to the notice of the
Chief Justice of the High Court.-2
He said that one caller even told him that
he could be picked up and thrown in a furnace like the three had
been thrown along with their car and scooter. "Their modus operandi
thus, has been to create fear psychosis," he has stated. Bid to
Misuse Law: The judge termed it yet another attempt to misuse the
process of law. Elaborating further, he said that on one occasion,
the then Advocate General, Punjab, Mr G.K. Chathrath, accompanied by
an AIG of police, Mr S. Chatopadhya, approached him while attending
a division bench to pass important information. The two met him in
the chamber saying that there was danger to his personal security.
On another occasion, a retinue of Nihangs (Nihang Ajit Singh
Poohla’s men) considered close to Mr. Saini thronged the court room
and had to be evicted with the help of CRPF personnel. The same was
brought to the notice of the Chief Justice of the High Court.
The most sensational revelation of the
year coming from the High Court-1
The most sensational revelation of the
year coming from the High Court was that Mr. Justice V.K. Jhanji had
been "threatened" and an attempt was made to "blackmail" him. The
reason cited by the judge was that certain police officials of
Punjab wanted him to take off his hands from the case related to
mysterious disappearance of two Ludhiana based businessmen and their
driver. The matter was posted to Apex court”.....as reported. Is
there any hope for fair probe in light of the network, misdeeds and
misadventures and the criminal background of one of the most
notorious Nihangs, Ajit Singh Poohla by the high level independent
agency to do justice or would the probe be as a futile rat and mouse
race only? August 30, 2008

Poohla’s group faces uncertain future
http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/Poohlas-group-faces-uncertain-future/355037/
Amritsar, August 29
Clashes not ruled out for successor’s post, body to be cremated
at Baba Bakala Dera
The
splinter group of Taruna Dal, a Nihang organisation headed by
controversial Ajit Singh Poohla, who died at PGI in Chandigarh today
morning of burn injuries, faces an uncertain future in the absence
of any successor.
Poohla,
who had built a regime of his own with dozens of gurdwaras and deras
brought under his control by force or deceit, had perhaps never
imagined that the end would be so sudden and never thought of
choosing a successor.
Though
insiders do not rule out squabbles and clashes within the group, the
influence of Poohla’s group, in fact, had been on a decline in the
past about five-six years, with his control over gurdwaras and deras
declining.
At many
gurdwaras, the management revolted and at others the general
public
raised a hue and cry, forcing Poohla to withdraw.
Poohla’s
body would be brought to the Baba Bakala Dera, about 45 kms from
here, late tonight and would be kept for the general public to pay
homage before cremation tomorrow. Poohla’s mother and some relatives
are expected to be present, apart from various supporters of his
organisation. “There is little likelihood that any of his successors
would be announced shortly. It will take some time as there is no
clear-cut selection in this regard,” said Ajmer Singh, a Nihang in
his team.
Poohla,
who escaped death for two decades after being chased by Khalistani
terrorists for being a police informer, met his death in the most
unsuspecting manner.
It is
expected that eight-ten of his close confidants would claim to be
his successor and there may even be clashes, but it would be history
repeating itself as Poohla himself had revolted against his chief,
Baba Bishan Singh, in 1985 and formed his own group.
A good
orator, Poohla used to frequently visit other Nihang deras and was
always on the lookout for a “useful person”. Poohla’s
two-decade-long regime was marked by numerous controversies as he
was basically a criminal from Ludhiana who took on the pious gown of
the Nihang chief in a dramatic manner. His rise to headship of the
Dal was marked by conspiracies, killings, tortures and even deceits.
Under him, nobody could leave the dera without his permission and he
snubbed all dissenting voices.
Meanwhile, various radical Sikh bodies have said his death was asa
gruesome as his life.
“An
infamous Nihang and police cat, Poohla killed many innocents. He
grabbed land, raped women and committed human rights excesses during
the period of militancy and even later. The worst inhuman act he
committed was killing four women, all relatives of Balwinder Singh
Jattana, a Babbar Khalsa militant, in 1991,” said Dal Khalsa
secretary Kanwarpal Singh and SGPC member Karnail Singh Panjoli.
“Despite
repeated pleas, the government denied any inquiry into the
cold-blooded killings by Poohla, but finally justice was done,” said
Kanwarpal.
Harbir
Singh Sandhu, district chief of SAD (Amritsar), headed by Simranjit
Singh Mann and Khalra Mission Organisation, also demanded that
Harcharan Singh and Navtej Singh, who set him ablaze at the
high-security Central Jail here yesterday, should not be tortured,
though action as per the law would be taken against them.

Could it be presumed that there is
too much in store to do injustice?
As to why Sixth Pay Commission had taken so much time/years to
prepare the vague report without the implementable recommendations?
Should the implementable
recommendations have not been prepared by Sixth Pay Commission
itself or before the official announcement?
Could it be presumed that there is
too much in store to do injustice or to play with the sentiments of
employees/pensioners concerned in face of uncertainty regarding the
final fine print of the implementable recommendations?
Who is behind all this creating,
delay, confusion and uncertainty and what for? Is Centre government
of India not responsible for creating, delay, confusion and
uncertainty for delaying the workable fine print of the
implementable recommendations of Sixth Pay Commission?
Why do employees and others like
them issue unwise, routine and tutored statements and resort to
Dharnas-strikes etc to glorify themselves as heroes and leaders in
absence of the workable fine print of the implementable
recommendations when nothing about the finer detail are known?
Nobody is answerable and responsible for
the ambiguity and uncertainty.
Ambiguity, uncertainty and delay
of Sixth Pay Commission-Such ambiguity, uncertainty and delay never happened while increasing
the pay and allowances of legislative members.
Their demands number of times
including increase in their income through other sources was always
accepted so quickly and allowed ignorantly and lawlessly without any
hesitation to their satisfaction since independence is a matter of
record.
With the result, every useless
character desires to act rich as a politician in India.
These questions must have been
disturbing the minds of employees/pensioners concerned!!!

Though the per capita income is very
low in India but enhancement of pay and pension seems to be on

final out come of sixth pay commission in black and white.
No businessman or employer in his
individual capacity leaving a few exceptions neither could raise nor
do willing and ready to pay to his employees salary at this rate in
spite of taking and extracting more duty comparatively.
Almost all the salaried class and
similarly others leaving a few exceptions including defense suffer
as sandwich was ought to opt for corrupt means in the system
encouragingly.
Not raising the salary of salaried
class amounts not only to maintain the status quo of corruption
permanently but seems further planning mischievously to raise the
corruption and crime level in the system.
Thanks for raising salary to

In a meeting held today,

Sir,
Despite being the first case of its
kind and getting tough, the ground realities are much worse all over
on the front of pollution. Anyhow, it is positive and an eye opener
case for all officials to act tough to stop pollution.
My personal experience was that
pollution of any kind could be stopped within no time provided there
is no interference by the politicians for the reasons best known to
them and the officials of the departments concerned are honest,
having will power and upright.
The step has to be appreciated in

a district court in Una sentenced Bal Tejinder Singh, director,
Extol
Chemicals based at Mehatpur
industrial area, to two years' imprisonment for operating the
chemical plant without permission and discharging pollutants above
the prescribed limits. The case, which was filed in 2003, is perhaps
the first if its kind.
"Civil judge Abira Basu while
sentencing the director also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on him,"
said ML Sehajpal, the standing counsel for the Pollution Control
Board. He said the charges of not obeying orders of the board,
operating the plant without permission and discharging pollutants
more than the limits stood proved. The director was booked on all
accounts and sentenced two years imprisonment for each charge, said
Sehajpal.
Member secretary Nagin Nanda
confirmed conviction of the director of the polluting unit. He
disclosed that the unit had been given trial permission to operate,
but when high pollutant levels were noticed , he was asked to treat
all effluents released thoroughly. However, the unit continued to
defy pollution control directions. "A case was made out against the
unit
management after they did not comply
with norms despite repeated warnings. Once the operations were even
shut down by withdrawing the electricity connection, but later was
restored as the owner claimed to have installed affluent treatment
systems and gave an undertaking that he would abide by the law, said
Nanda.

The
pious intention seems yet missing to stop pollution.
What are these
guidelines, policy and solution indicate?
“The CM has given us a
month to identify places and units and he has insisted that work to
stop pollution of the Buddha Nullah should be done at the earliest
versus
This proposal will also ensure that no unit is closed down and that
with the support of the industry we will be able to solve this
problem.”
There is horrible state
of pollution in
Punjab especially at
Ludhiana
but no solution in sight despite the promises and the Punjab
Pollution Control Board (PPCB) existing for the purpose.
The
Politicians and industrialists
always joined hands to create all kind of pollution for the reasons
best known to them and how they can save Buddha Nallah.
The politicians are proving as a
curse for the people of country.
The pious intention seems yet
missing to stop pollution.
In fact, it remained the
policy that no vote and cash should be lost of the ruling party at
any cost; let the pollution and other problems to continue.
Was it not so?

He was a complete
image of the definition of the Indian style politics and It was
difficult to differentiate between right and wrong from his life

Harkishan Singh Bassi
alias Harkishan Singh Surjeet, the 92-year-old (1916-2008) changed
his surname to 'Surjeet' while trying his hand writing poetry in his
youth.
He was known as the
Marxist pioneer.
He was the former
general secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) who
expired at the

Noida on August 1, 2008 at 1.35 p.m.
He was a complete image
of the definition of the Indian style politics and It was difficult

During my interaction
along with others at Old District Courts, Ludhiana in 1984, in reply
to a question as to what would happen hereafter; he raised his right
hand pointing upward that now HE only knows?
Obviously, the reply was
relating to the question, 'The Indian Army Attack (The Blue Star) on
Durbar Sahib,
Amritsar and other Gurdwaras' in
Punjab. Surprisingly
asked by the present almost collectively there on spot i.e. in a
room interacting with him but you don't believe in HIM (God)? He
promptly replied, "I do believe but my party does not".

Terrorism
Is there further need to investigate the truth of terrorism in India
in face of bold disclosure by
Sushma Swaraj?
Balbir
singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
spokesman and former minister Sushma Swaraj in a news conference in
New Delhi on Monday (28 July) has accused the government of being
connected with the bomb attacks in Bangalore and Ahmedabad. It is
like she brought the truth boldly of the history of terrorism in
India.
Ms Sushma Swaraj is
backbone of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and actively associated
with the non-Congress governments of past and personally very well
does know and understand the way with the help of the agencies, the
inner politics functioning in India. That's untold story the country
is being ruled by befooling the masses who are lacking in poltical
knowledge and mostly
backward, illiterate and kept falsely united in dark in face of
unbearable sufferings increasing day by day those suits to the
immoral and cruel politicians of India.
The terrorism is a part
of the game as clearly and rightly said that
the politicians mainly utilize their
leisure period conspiringly for creating dissatisfaction and
discontentment among masses and to divide people of all communities,
sections and groups for diverting the attention of people from their
own misdeeds, corrupt practices and all sorts of scandals. About the
politics of opportunism, mostly masses are unaware of the
politicians untold success story. Extract from an article: 'Indian
politicians are eggs of the same basket'.
Why to cry so much if
Ms Sushma Swaraj did
boldly disclose the truth? And also said "I am not making
off-the-cuff remarks," Swaraj emphasised. "I have said what I
wanted; it is for you to interpret." For Ms Sushma Swaraj, the inner
politics of the terrorism as witnessed by her closely in the past is
only for votes in India.
To my mind, it does not
amount to levelling serious allegations against anyone as it is
nothing but only truth of politics functioning in India dsclosed so
boldly by Ms Sushma Swaraj.

Where were Ishmeet’s friends at the funeral?’
The destructive jealousy factor
might be one of the reasons of the planned and created circumstances
leading to the death of Ishmeet Singh can not be ruled out so
lightly.
We should not forget that an
innocent child could be used in such planned and created
circumstances, knowing very well that so and so would surely behave
in the fashion under the circumstances which are always meant for
his death and so on under the different similar cases of conspiracy.
Moreover, the
colleagues of Ishmeet in the
interview on the day were looking suspicious and tutored judging by
their body language, face culture and they only said in the
interview whatever they might be tutored to say legally.
Mika rightly said, “Only Abhijeet
dada and Hans Raj Hans were present at the funeral. Where were
Ishmeet’s friends and colleagues from various shows?
Was the absence of friends and
colleagues only to avoid the exposure of as to what extent the
destructive jealousy factor obviously running against Ishmeet Singh
for causing his death used for interview in the manner as a cover up
or only their absence for the security reasons would be the pet
reply suiting under the circumstances?
Mika’s query is not without
substance as he understands fully the dangerous aspect of
destructive jealousy factor in music industry as well.
The independent high level inquiry
would be the only answer to set all speculations in right
perspective at least in order to take preventive measures for the
safety of the future blossoming stars of any field like him.

Ishmeet's untimely death is very

And I am happy that God has put me on right path. Soon I will take a

him?
Here we are helpless and have to
surrender to HIS wishes as who can chant (God's) knowledge whose

The demand of an inquiry into the
drowning accident as to know what were the circumstances leading to
his death took place so suddenly and carelessly is genuine at least
in order to take preventive measures for the future blossoming stars

Such an inquiry is a need of hour

A few words expressed for the gem on

his parents and other family members by Balbir Singh Sooch, his

SAD
proposed walk-out, Advani overruled it
Sarbjit
Dhaliwal
Tribune News Service
Chandigarh, July 30
Had
the BJP leadership acted on the advice of senior SAD leaders and
walked out of the House shortly before voting on the confidence
motion in Parliament on July 22, it would have saved itself and NDA
partners from humiliation after the UPA victory.
Sources said SAD MP and leader of the Parliamentary group of the
party in the Lok Sabha Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa and SAD president and
MP Sukhbir Singh Badal had approached BJP leader L.K. Advani after
the issue of currency notes rocked the House. Both SAD leaders, the
sources said, had told Advani that the NDA MPs should walk out from
the House on the issue of bribing MPs and not take part in the
voting on confidence motion.
The
sources said Dhindsa and Sukhbir had told Advani it appeared to be
difficult to defeat the UPA on the floor of the House as almost all
Muslim leaders, who were expected to oppose the Manmohan Singh
government, had come to his support. Senior Muslim leaders from
Jammu and Kashmir, including Omar Abdullah, whose speech made a
significant impact in the House, had supported the UPA government.
And same was done by some other Muslim MPs. The NDA and the Left-led
front was banking on Muslim MPs because they had a feeling that
Muslim MPs could vote against the UPA government owing to the
factoring in of America in the nuclear deal. However, it did not
happen.
"If
Advani had acted on the advice of SAD leaders, the NDA would have
saved itself from the demoralisation it faced after failing to
remove the UPA government," said a senior Akali leader. Advani
rejected the suggestion given by SAD MPs and told them that all NDA
constituents should stay in the House to vote against the Manmohan
government. Seven SAD MPs voted against the UPA as Advani and Chief
Minister Parkash Singh Badal had asked them to so.

Cash for votes? BJP MPs file complaint
It was more like rape of
law by a law maker before the legislature itself so shamelessly
The act of one of
MPs displayed bundles of currency allegedly given to him as bribe as
‘most unfortunate and a very sad day in the history of Parliament’
but in fact, it was more like rape of law by a law maker before the
legislature so shamelessly and openly or it amounts to like a rape
in open court (Parliament) in front of a Judge (legislature) by a
lawyer dressed in black coat (MP displayed bundles).
Lawyers personally
know a many things about judges, judiciary and the system but
prohibited not to argue all that openly to strengthen and in support
of their case as always expected from lawyers for the reasons of
high standards set in their professional conduct and they have to
act within the legally permissible norms.
I did write an
article well in advance ‘Indian politicians are spoiled eggs of the

by their unethical act and conduct in Parliament.
The advisers, party
to the act must be exposed to clean the system.

Badal ji

http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/SAD-decides-to-vote-against-UPA-govt-on-nuke-deal/335868/
The CM Parkash Singh Badal is more
seasoned politician among all parties driving hard bargain.
He would not be lagging behind for
taking assurances for stability of his government under all
circumstances whatever may come, in case of supporting UPA on the
issue of the N-deal.
When he says that the party had always
kept interests of the Sikhs uppermost in its mind
(including Sukhbir), the SAD
would also not issue any whip on the nuke issue, also Badal hailed
PM Manmohan Singh as an ‘able and respectable person’ but did not
miss to say "PM is representing a party
(Secular) which has always
done grave injustice to Sikhs."
He has conveyed his terms and grievances
more efficiently to support the best deal to UPA especially
Congress.
I take liberty to guess that finally,
after getting all the terms settled, NDA, Lefts and other parties
would likely to choose to abstain on 22 July 2008 in the national
interest to safeguard the honor of country, support the government
and N-deal tactfully.

Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate
It
was mischievous to interpret the N-deal mischievously as it could be
against so and so
Is N-deal against any particular community or country
or religion?
What was the intention behind it to say so about the
deal?
No-doubt; N-deal was also being taken and linked as
an anti-terror deal in between India and US.
Even if it has to be
taken as part of an anti-terror N-deal then whosoever said that the
deal is against so and so only in the context, do they mean that so
and so could be only the terrorists in the world and none else and
that’s why they said that deal was against that particular community
or country or religion?
It was muddy
politics and a mischievous act to interpret the N-deal mischievously
in that context to level any particular community or countries/
country or religion as terrorists in the modern World.
Indian politicians
who behave irresponsibly should always keep themselves away from
such a cheap and filthy politics and thereby must prove their

‘Political
interference' irks MC staff
Politicians and
officials always enact friendly matches/dramas to have their
respective booty share
When the politicians
don’t interfere???
They are the
representatives of people and entitled to enact dramas knowing very
well that the officials concerned are with them and none is honest
to adhere with the rules and regulations.
It seems in the
enacted drama, they are not being bribed according to their
entitlement of Indian democracy to stop sealing or to do any
unlawful act.
It looks for the
reasons, the officials to raise hue and cry of alleged political
interference in the drama till they get their respective share of
booty from the shopkeepers.
They never perform
their duty honestly.
The way the earlier
officials of the departments concerned allowed the polluters to
pollute the residential area like Vishvakarma Colony, Partap Nagar
etc after looting both ways and now shielding and helping them in
Ludhiana City masterplan to further keep Ludhiana dirty in
connivance with such politicians who always interfered and enacted
dramas i.e. friendly matches as seen and experienced.

India needs to act tough to conclude N-deal: US
Reader’s
opinion
UPA’s election manifesto of Lok
Sabha Election 2008-09 should not be based on the politics of
deception like old practice in India. There must be sincere approach
and willingness to accept Indo-US
nuclear
agreement for providing clean, sustainable energy to eradicate
poverty; the outcome of the sixth pay commission must be reasonably
beneficial to all equitably including defense forces and
Ex-servicemen; the loan exemption policy to the farmers and weaker
sections must also be fairly implemented without any flaws and
delay.
These should be
major achievements to highlight as a vote catching issues in the
elections. It is rightly being said that ignoring N-deal would prove
as ‘great blunder’ for India in the present World scenario and now
no way India could afford to act ignoring the main stream in face of
its unpleasant relations with its neighbouring countries.
The policy of
deception followed in practice since long ought to say good-bye in
the larger interest of people of India.

COMMENTS
Every useless, lay
and lawless man opting to be politician under different umbrellas of
politics, group etc when the judiciary miserably made to abandon his
functions of the watchdog status like "Judicial power also includes
the power to take corrective action whenever other branches of the
government fail in their duty to respect the rights of the citizens
and protect them."
Now every politician
feels he is above law to behave lawlessly and the entire State
machinery is under him and he is not responsible to anybody in any
manner as always closely experienced and monitored. The judicial
system being irreparably corrupt, felt privileged in a different way
and relaxed voluntarily to forget the watchdog status.
The parrot
repetition of the principle like of 'democratic accountability'
that determines the legitimacy of a public authority under the
Constitution etc are already on papers but not for adequate,
meaningful and effective implementation as proved so far in

The High

on record that honesty in practice must also be of actions,
politeness, quickness and leniency minus politics to deliver justice
quickly and sincerely.
The
historically unhealthy exit of Mukesh Kumar Sharma, known as an

Enraged at his political connections, HC orders transfer of
tehsildar
http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/Enraged-at-his-political-

Chandigarh, May 26
Observing that a civil servant cannot be surrounded by politicians
the way the newly appointed tehsildar of the west division of
Ludhiana was shown in a photograph, the
Punjab and Haryana High Court today asked for his
transfer within 48 hours to a place where he cannot come in contact
with any political leader.
The strict orders were passed by a Division Bench of Justice Mehtab
Singh Gill and Justice R K Jain after the photographs, showing
Mukesh Kumar flanked by politicians, was placed on record. The
pictures were clicked when Kumar was being felicitated after his
appointment as tehsildar (West Division) in
Ludhiana.
He was surrounded by Ludhiana MP Sharanjit Singh Dhillon and Chief
Parliamentary Secretary, Harish Dhanda in the photograph.
“He seems to be a man who has politicians as his supporters. These
politicians are standing around him as if Mukesh is the honey and
they are the bees. A civil servant cannot have politicians around
him. He is being appointed as just a tehsildar, but it seems as if
he has filed his nomination papers and has won a political battle,”
the Bench observed.
On the other hand, the defence counsel appearing for Mukesh said he
is the most honest person in the state.
“You mean he is the most honest person in the entire state? An
honest person would never have politicians around him,” the Bench
asked.
Strongly deprecating the conduct of Mukesh, the court further said,
“If he is so keen on remaining in the company of politicians, then
he should join politics.” The directions were passed in the wake of
a petition filed by one Arvind Parkash Verma who alleged that Naib
Tehsildar Mukesh had been made Tehsildar in his place. He also
alleged that Mukesh was sub-ordinate to him.
The court also
said that Verma be allowed to join back as the tehsildar.

Lawyer, cops clash at Sub Registrar’s office, reach compromise later
COMMENTS
It is
a matter of great caution for all including those pleading and
supporting honesty
Almost daily scuffles
and fight for what?
Isn’t a race for
sharing more the booty collected openly in connivance with and to
the knowledge of men in power and administration always by corrupt
and unlawful means?
Does it all not
further bring bad name to the country and the professionals?
All in power are
wiser to find out the answer perhaps without hitting or eliminating
the honesty through the means like scuffles, fights or any planned
strategy.
It is good that
parties made to compromise. But what is the main issue for which the
parties reached on compromise without expecting and repeating the
similar shameful incidents witnessed there daily by all?
It is a matter of
great caution and concern for all including pleading honesty
required to be noted for their safety and in such similar planned
other cases too for the reasons best known to the administration.
Though like me not
concerned in the business feel threatened to be always alert under
the circumstances.

Lawyer, cops
clash at Sub Registrar’s office, reach compromise later
Express news service
Ludhiana, March 28
A Clash broke out between a lawyer and policemen at the Sub
Registrar’s office today. The clash was reportedly caused by an
advocate. A compromise was later reached between both the parties
involved.
The
incident occurred this noon when some people were waiting for their
turn to get land registries done. According to sources, a local
lawyer David Gill tried to enter the office of Executive Magistrate
Kanwar Narinder Singh through the exit door. When the cop tried to
stop him, the advocate started arguing with him and a scuffle
ensued, sources said.
Sources said Gill threw a brickbat at the cop. Other policemen
present on the scene caught Gill and roughed him up.
Later,
speaking to mediapersons, Gill said it was not his fault. Sarabha
Nagar DSP Bhupinder Singh and other police officers reached the spot
after receiving this information.
In the
evening, both the parties reached a compromise so no case was
registered against anyone.
Last month, certain local lawyers
had roughed up Sub Registrar Mukesh Kumar, who was honoured by Chief
Minister Parkash Singh Badal for his honesty. Kumar had to be
hospitalised after he complained of chest pain.

General Lok Sabha Elections-2008-09
Pre-poll an
old fashioned exercise to keep away the regional parties from Lok
Sabha-An Important Observation about Indian Politics and old
strategy for coming General Lok Sabha Elections-2008-09
Pre-poll image build
up an old fashioned exercise seems to be in action for justice to
the minorities and downtrodden conspiringly by Congress, central
agencies and common agents i.e. of Congress and BJP e.g. SGPC Chief
Avtar Singh Makkar as a show of sincerity to remove self created
irritants likely to be done away with black list of Sikhs, to have
distance from leaders Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish Tytler etc, accused for
the genocide of Sikhs just to keep away the regional parties
tarnishing their picture by corrupt practices from the Lok Sabha in
the coming elections of parliament of India.
At the same time,
Congress and BJP have hands in glove in order to further project the
agenda of Hindutva in the elections to out smart each other for the
appeasement of Hindus, the majority community.
The services of
projected hard liners as usual, may be in any form anywhere, would
be utilized for enhancing the vote bank of the parties
differentiated as hard and soft Hindutvas i.e. BJP and Congress.

‘Let us fight for clean and green environment’
LUDHIANA-City master plan
Ludhiana city
clean and green must be motto for human peaceful and comfortable
living forever as per Article 21 of the Indian Constitution
Submission to
declare non-industrial to the densely populated residential areas
including Vishvakarma Colony etc for healthy, peaceful & calmness,
un-harmful, safe and free from all types of pollution for worth
human living constitutionally and also to keep Ludhiana clean
forever in the ‘City Master Plan’ that would be implemented
shortly.
REPRESENTATION TO ALL RESPECTED FOR obliging and
pursuing the case for JUSTICE and forward TO ALL THe AUTHORITIES
CONCERNED for meaningful consideration in view of the submission.
Political hue and
cry is only to give impression that the thickly populated and
residential areas are free and safe now from environmental pollution
i.e. noise, air and water pollution whereas it is not so in the
‘City Master Plan’ as per information received, the most populated
area e.g. Vishvakarma Colony, Partap Nagar and its surrounding areas
are declared mixed or Industrial area for the disadvantage of the
residents and to the advantage of a few traders, industrialists for
the reasons best known to the politicians and officials concerned.
It is predominantly
residential area where houses are meant for residential purpose only
as per sale deeds of the residential houses built in the area in
small plots ranging from 50 sq. yards to 200 sq. yards.
The voter lists of
residents, ration cards issued, small size of houses-be verified
from respective sales deeds, plots meant for residential purpose
only, size of streets, situated number of Temples, Gurdwaras,
schools for the children of poor residents of the area are always
remained self explanatory for the surveyors took part to prepare the
plan.
The ‘City Master
Plan’ so declared ignoring the areas, Vishvakarma Colony etc without
giving it the status of residential area only shall encourage grave
pollution i.e. air, noise & water and take away the fundamental
right i.e. Right to life, healthy peaceful living, pollution free
environment, calmness, and studies of children in the area.
It is our humble
submission before the authorities concerned through the reputed
newspapers and respected others for relief and justice by declaring
the areas residential only and free from environmental pollution
i.e. noise, air and water pollution in the ‘City Master Plan’ to
make the area and Ludhiana city clean for human peaceful and
comfortable living forever as per Article 21 of the Indian
Constitution.
Please do oblige,
pursue and forward the case for meaningful consideration in view of
the submission-Thanks

We can sign N-deal with minority govt in India: US
COMMENTS
There are precedents
that the minority and even with very too little mandate governments
did perform constitutional functions in India.
There is nothing
wrong to say in that context by US that "As long as it is
duly-constituted government of the country, we can sign a deal with
it," in view of earlier sent comments by me and published on 26
January 2008 that to demand to have approval of parliament always of
treaty, accord, agreement, settlement, pact, Contract etc amounts to
like sending a message that there is no government in India worth
functioning validly and legally.
As to why
the Supreme Court is being asked by the so-called nationalists to
get the approval of the beneficial N-deal? There is always gain and
surrender of some rights in every deal as rightly observed in this
case by the Supreme Court of India. The SC did not interfere in the
act of State terrorism so far which remained the national policy and
strategy. The Supreme Court has same yardstick for inhuman and for
the human acts. The constitution of India is silent or allows doing
discrimination.
As
Article 14 stands logically explained that the Indian Constitution
does not envisage a willing and graceful conferment of equal status
on all Indian citizens without putting them into the necessity of
incurring large expenditure on organisation and litigation. The onus
of claiming equality is placed on shoulders of the people who can
take the trouble and afford of going through the ordeal.

What about the
menace of terrorism?
Does the Militancy
always suit politically and strategically under the specific
national policy though secret to any central government of India?
Is it difficult or
not in the national interest to disclose the links with the
politicians and secret agencies of the militants surviving and free
and having no ideology except kept and protected to create terror
among common people by routinely false and self managed external
threats and at the same time also boasting that terrorism is
completely wiped out and no chances ever of revival of the evil?
Is the threat of
militancy always maintained to harm and teach a lesson by different
cruel means directly and indirectly to the families/person(s)
possess their independent thinking and views like me? How long it
all has to be kept closed door secret in the modern age, that so
called militants always do maintain links with the politicians and
secret agencies when there is no communication gap in face of latest
monitoring information technology?
I am of the view
that the agencies that matter must stop and be forbidden from
playing their destructive role to crush the families/person(s)
possessing independent thinking and views and the state machinery
should always be ready and willing for open dialogue to redress
their genuine grievances and the constructive demands instead of
applying, adopting and encouraging very destructive approach through
their puppets etc like so called militants.www.sikhvicharmanch.com

Take it
as a notice that the corruption is a part of system allowed with
open knowledge of the government.
The money
collected by way of bribe being used for the reception of VVIP’S and
also as a source of their earnings illegally.
Any
action or statement to check the corruption is purely eyewash and
misleading exercise, may be anytime to fix selected officials
revengefully.
It is a
matter of open knowledge that recently Punjab government thought to
raise special Deputy Commissioner’s fund for the reception of VVIP’S
and planning not to collect money through Revenue Officials by way
of corruption after the special Deputy Commissioner’s fund approved
finally and legally for the purpose. Whether the same is approved or
not, is not yet announced.
The
practice of corruption is open and in the knowledge of the agencies
who alleged to be deputed to check the corruption in the revenue
department and elsewhere. The every active, earning post and the
seat is on sale in the government departments matter.
Is the
publicity of checking corruption not a spider net to catch the
honest and finish him and at the same time to keep it further going
on at the large scale as a great earning source for high ranking
politicians and their associates, officers through their brokers and
petty revenue officials? The statements to check the menace are
always routinely in nature to falsely and misleadingly build up the

Central Budget
2008-09: Whoever says that there is nothing in the budget for Aam
aadmi i.e. common man and termed the Union Budget as lacklustre must
also understand and first try to get himself educated that the
Indian Constitution itself is not meant for the welfare of Aam aadmi
i.e. common man but the Aam aadmi i.e. common man could always be
penalized to keep him unprivileged and mum in every field under the
constitution i.e. the spirit of the constitution and that is the
only suitable and proper reply in brief to the critics of the budget
from the opposition and others who do also appreciate the budget by
other way identifying it as election manifesto though they
(politicians in opposition) are very much aware and have knowledge
that for the reason, India is not yet prosperously known and fully
managed country so far among the respected welfare States of the
World.

'N-deal must come to US by May or it fails'
For congress party
includes UPA, the implementation of the nuclear agreement could
prove a landmark achievement and the main election issue in its
favor on the grounds of beneficial aspects of N-deal and being one
of the biggest contribution for India in the field of energy and
peace otherwise BJP includes NDA after coming into power is also
ready and willing on the line for accepting even very hard terms and
conditions of US provided the deal renegotiated.
It is better for the
present government to create history by implementing the nuclear
agreement and face the coming Lok Sabha elections on the issue
boldly without bothering the outcome of the results of elections.
Indians voters
having almost same negative image and impression for all
politicians, they may be in any party but that attitude of voters
would likely to change with such a remarkable achievement.
The present trend of
down fall of congress in the country is likely to be reversed in
case UPA succeeds to create public opinion in its favour on the
issue after acceptance of implementation of the nuclear agreement
and the benefits of N-deal.
Dr. Manmohan Singh,
Prime Minister of India does possess courage to do it with having
the whole hearted support of Sonia ji.

It's now or never for nuclear deal: US warns India
Please do accept
N-deal to achieve the humanitarian goal and aspirations of people
with joint efforts and avoid isolation by rejecting the beneficial
deal.
Sikhs like others
wish to have independence but that too without any isolation from
the rest of the World and similarly nobody would like or afford to
remain so including India.
Even accept the
demands of people having different culture and the identity for
peace and prosperity in every field to uplift the downtrodden
suffering in India.
The acceptance of
demands may be as a result of and within the Confederation of
Consented Countries (COCC) that could be finalized anytime in any
form as one of the peaceful pacts or road maps of the World.

Let it be communal clash supported by government machinery directly
and indirectly, Kidney, sex racket or any other scandals and crime
always high profile politicians, officials etc are reported involved
for giving clear cut message that nothing is going to happen and the
accused would escape untouched without facing justice. Ultimately,
same thing happens. Is the high pitch and very loudly exposed news
remains for the purpose of frightening the aggrieved and common
people or for the consolation only? Who is more benefited, the
aggrieved or high profile politicians, officials etc involved in the
crime so far? Then, what is the alternative left to get justice in
India? Now, it can also be said this way that GANDHI’S great
granddaughter Neelam Parikh last week immersed his ashes into the
Arabian Sea. Neelam Parikh has done the right thing as his followers
to do open style violence and crime have taken over Parliament and
politics for fully highlighting his name in the World. Would the net
result be disintegration anytime of India and bloodshed everywhere?

Politically divided security men, administration and workers are
always likely to disturb security prospects under criminal set up in India. Law and
Order situation worst-Reasons:
What is difference
between the constitutional terrorism (have backing) and the act of
individual terrorism or crime may be petty in India?
To understand the
difference, you have to be weak, poor having no backing to claim
equality including like serving Military, ex-soldiers of any rank as
experienced. How many people in the poorest India have the courage,
the resources and enough popular backing to claim equality before
law, then alone the state shall not deny it and if there is no
claim, the question of denial does not arise (emphasis added) in the
constitution of India?
The wording of
Article 14 of the Indian Constitution does not envisage a willing
and graceful conferment of equal status on all Indian citizens
without putting them into the necessity of incurring large
expenditure on organisation and litigation.
The onus of
claiming equality is placed on shoulders of the people who can take
the trouble and afford of going through the ordeal”.
Article 14 as
drafted denies any person equality before the law or the equal
protection of the laws within the territory of India or any child
born to Indian parents should automatically have equality of status
conferred on him or her by the constitution.
It means the
constitution itself permits constitutional terrorism against the
weak, poor having no backing to claim equality including serving
Military personnel, ex-soldiers of any rank and the similar
downtrodden categories of Indian society. Is there any remedy to it
for justice for the hapless in India?

what to talk of lady to dare to do SO?
Is the local Police
Control Room (PCR) fleet only for news purpose or in reality to
prove a confidence build up exercise for people?
What is the conduct,
dealings and past history of our own police, rulers i.e. politicians
after independence of India?
Can police of India
justify the system and prevailing situation of injustice in India?
Who is inciting them to do all?
To my mind, media
unjustifiably suppressed the information from the people due to fear
of police excesses and for other considerations and the situation is
not much changed.
Who are responsible for
all and the injustice is being continued in every field here in India?
The police and Indian
agencies know better than us.
Are the police and Indian
agencies not meant to help and shield the corrupt, influential and
rich for reasons of “extortion” from the common people in India?

The Vigilance Bureau proposes
the prosecution legal team disposes.
Balbir Singh Sooch

The way system in action in coordination with each other, is it
easy to identify the promoters of criminals in India*?
The Vigilance Bureau
proposes the prosecution legal team disposes. Why? Really, no body
knows about it. What a strange story of judicial system? As reports
coming in, the Vigilance Bureau proposes the prosecution legal team
led by District Attorney Mitr Sain Goel (As per my information
received, he is frankly confessing it*) disposes to favour the
accused in the case.
The way, former Chief
Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh got reception from the
lawyers matter and the silence of the prosecution legal team to
favour the accused might be another case of investigation for
Vigilance Bureau hereafter in case there is no mutual understanding
between the parties.
The prosecution legal
team did not argue the case at the preliminary stage itself against
the accused on the alleged line arguments were prepared and decided
to advance and stress forcibly what to talk of leading the evidence
as per prosecution story in this case hereafter.
It shows that deputed
mediators for award must have worked hard in advance to the
satisfaction of the accused i.e. more than the Vigilance Bureau and
prosecution team with or without the knowledge of the investigation
team and the government of Punjab.
Is it not a fit case to
investigate and for action as to how the politicians, influential
and rich are helped and remain out of the purview of judicial system
in India?
The common people do have
sufficient reason and cause to be frustrated and pessimistic from
the outcome in the system with reference to such cases.

Where is the fault?
Every body is expressing
his feeling that all this exercise finally to prove futile in the
eye of law as usual by supporting with the history and fate of such
cases in the past despite all pain and time consuming costly but in
record time bound alleged to be flawless investigation and the

Is there any cause of

inoperative in India against the politicians, influential and rich?
I myself being a lawyer

partner directly or indirectly any time of the poppy husk smuggler.
The smuggler might be
paying low rate monthly presently to police for sheltering as well
as bringing him in the business in the past as is normally happening
in the country otherwise without backing it is very rare to commit
any offence or to do such a business so daringly by any individual.
As to how and what for the
smuggler dared to do so or behaved rudely with the police? The poppy
husk smuggler must have very old association with the police in the
business.
To my mind, the truth is
not likely to come out of the World of criminals as the partners

It is all nothing but a

Under the

It
is not out of context to mention that the States and the Supreme

reason, the government of Punjab to oppose transfer of Virk case to
CBI by quoting, “the case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh versus the state of
Gujarat. A Division Bench of the Supreme Court in May last had ruled
that there was no reason to hand over the case to the CBI and asked
an IG-level officer Geeta Johri to investigate it” as reported.
Is the terrorism
creation of the States and Central Agencies in India to terrorize
the leaders and the masses to terrorize them including
Whistle-Blowers? Are the acts of terrorism planned to defame the
State governments at the instance of government of India through
their agents and the agencies in connivance with the cats,
criminals, and puppets?
For example, the way
Shingaar blasts at Ludhiana stories are being reported and the
investigation is going on is really reminding the strange affairs of
the past State terrorism in Punjab practiced and exercised under the
National Policy and Strategy.
In nutshell, the State
terrorism is a toy to earn by way of “extortion” by different means
and the terrorism is within the reach of the agencies. And the
stories are propagated systematically by the State and Central
Agencies in India with the help of puppets that the so and so
involved, arrested, tortured more are likely to be arrested and some
are released after unbearable torture and keeping in custody
unofficially and again wanted and are likely to be arrested soon etc
in the crime?
The further extension
of the system of State terrorism may cause global terrorism in a big
way to disturb peace permanently and then no system of justice is
likely to be effective thereafter.
It is proper to submit
that it is time to act not only to watch internationally for all.

To my knowledge and experience till date, the police can bring
revolutionary change in law and order situation provided it is
honest.
But mostly the police by different
illegal means and on the pretext of inquiry, intentionally puts the
person(s) according to its choice in fear of injury to the persons,
or to any other, and thereby dishonestly induces the persons so put
in fear to deliver to any persons any property or valuable security
or anything signed or sealed which may be converted into a valuable
security, commits always “extortion” and the police itself is a
great source of criminals breeding in India especially in Punjab.
The menace is in open knowledge of
administrators and the politicians who come up to the stage of
honour through the process of touting, informers etc.
Whoever did embezzle the huge
property in the process is criminal and the Indian police are
bossing all of them and always behave like head of criminals in
India.
Recently, during discussion and off
the record arguments, I narrated the real story before a Deputy
Commissioner that when I was a law student, then it was rightly said
during an organized debate that the actual knowledge of law only
could be learned by self involvement in a process facing the police
atrocity in police stations.
But how and who can afford the
process to get ruined his career? In reply to the question was that
nothing more than this can be said or advised.
The reference was obvious that the
breeding of criminals starts from the Indian police stations and
police is no way only a law and order maintaining agency in India.
The perception is not changed in any manner so far.

Shingaar blast-The contradictory versions of prosecution stories as
being reported in the press time to time since the occurrence of the
heinous crime is not only legally convincing and could not be
believed finally in the eye of law but it is also not appealing to
any prudent mind.
However, no one like me
has any locus standi or allowed to interfere and the investigating
agencies are free and expert to give shape and manipulate the
prosecution story in arbitrarily manner and the poorer and
uninfluenced are always fixed at will to cover up and complete the
investigation of pending cases by hook and crook under the system.
Whatever is being
commented by me is nothing new in the context of this particular
case as it is general practice in India to the knowledge of all
investigating agencies seriously concerned and Indian courts are
also not in dark and exception to it.
To cry for justice at all

justice in general for all before CM Badal sahib and his family

There is tons of
evidence out there. If the govt can really provide immunity to their
own forces, this can be wrapped up real quick.
What I mean is, if
Govt can come with a plan
to forgive all those who come forward with the evidence or as
evidence, may it be murderers or witnesses, we can get to the bottom
of it real quick. Although insiders have confirmed that Govt exactly
knows how it happened, but is afraid to pin point the charge.
Sajjan and Tytler and
others are just small actors and this saffron "Tilak" on their

We are interested in
letting people know the truth, and prevention of this nonsense
behavior, again if that can be stooped. Chances are less, because
this animal instinct is getting more and more powerful in "Kalyuga"
The other alternative
is to "stay the course" and do your home work: never get deviated
from path of kindness and compassion. And Let them go to hell.

The style of the
criminality is of international concern and attention as India is
being governed by criminals on one way or the other. The crime of
any kind including killings etc may be related to majority or
minority only amounts to crime against humanity in the name of
politics in India and elsewhere. Do you all approve the politics
under different slogans like- to maintain unity and integrity of
India, to adopt Hindutva as nationalism, for fighting terrorisms but
targeting minorities to appease majority to keep the vote bank
intact, plan to uplift of the social groups etc? Answer has to be
not at all.
The days are not far away when the true welfare

freedom of movement and expression for justice to all subject to the

IN RE: 'CBI leaks' on
Nandi firing: CPI (M) may take it up with Centre
The politics of
pressure tactics for manipulation of press by the politicians is
hidden motive in taking up the issue of "leakage" of the CBI report
with the Centre.
During the turmoil in
Punjab and till date, the stories on basis of cases registered by
the police and reported by the other agencies against Sikhs are
being published, intentionally and deliberately, with the idea to
defame the whole community as terrorists.
To put into practice
is normal and nobody objected the stories published so based on
registered cases or otherwise reported by the investigating agencies
only.
After the registration
of case, the prosecution story is deemed to be a public document and
anyone can obtain its certified or uncertified copy or otherwise as
it is the practice unless specifically it is barred under the law.
In no way, the
publication of story is ever considered defamation or "case of
selective leakage" and "the matter is also not sub-judice” for the
purpose in the eye of law.
Now West Bengal Chief
Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is likely to take up the leakage
of case with the Centre of the CBI report into the March 14, 2007
Nandigram violence and in connection with the case of CPM leaders
raped mother and daughters in Nandigram.
It seems to be only a
political stunt and pressurizing tactics otherwise nothing unusual
happened against the prevailing practice in India.

To Know India! Oh!
Genocide of Sikhs and Generation Transformation; what are you
murmuring? Where, how and by whom? Of minorities including Sikhs in
India! Yes; through the so-called Babas-Saints and their henchmen!!!
You mean to say in the name of Dharma gurus! Yes; who planned and
when? The central agencies entered through Sant Bhindranwale-Taksal; Jarnail Sant
Bhindranwale was too late to understand in Punjab; then what happened? Sacrificed! The sacrifice of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale
would never be out of the Sikh history in the context of independent India. The SGPC

It is not difficult or

Let us see and wait,

Who made to escape them

Points at glance
The police strategy
(inhuman 'National
Policy and Strategy') against terrorists gave the latter four options. The first three
were conventional measures of response: the possibilities of arrest* (meaning: take into custody, capture, detain, catch, take in
for questioning, pick up etc), flight** (meaning: trip, journey, voyage, passage, crossing, go in a
boat, travel by water, air travel, put out to sea etc to abroad),
or armed*** (Meaning: fortified, carrying weapon, equipped, prepared etc)
engagement. The fourth option was offered in the later phases of the
campaign. The terrorists were told that, if they chose surrender**** (meaning: lay down your arms, admit defeat, submit, yield,
give in, give up etc),
they would be welcomed and embraced with warmth. At first all
surrenders took place in my presence and in some cases in the
presence of the then Chief Minister. But after a while the deluge
became difficult to handle, and SSPs were authorised to accept
surrenders. The largest number of surrenders were before SSP A.S.
Sandhu. And yet, he was a "blood thirsty man"!
.............
Is it a routine and dummy
exercise to say always, “The Punjab Police had decided to approach
Interpol for the arrest of 700 most-wanted criminals who had escaped
abroad? Director-general of police N.P.S. Aulakh today said the CBI
would be approached for this purpose”.
Is it a bargaining
game, exercise with the centre that sent the alleged criminals under
the national policy as former DGP KPS GILL explained only to
terrorize Sikhs from outside or for the other reasons?
Who will
answer for justice as the question is being asked always in the
context?

Manmohan talks tough, says Nandigram ‘unfortunate’
Human
Rights and other considerations
By Balbir

National Human Rights
Commission (NHRC) deserves appreciation for taking serious notice
with the remarks, "Nandigram and Godhra
were severe assault on the face of the democracy. They were the
worst scars on the face of nations. It is shameless to see that
human rights were violated in such a way."
The meaningful
assurance is given for adequate action and commitment to protect the
rights of the people,
who were victims of "opportunist" politics in both the states.
The bureaucracy, police
in general and the ruling party never accepted judicial verdicts as
correct or respected whenever question their unlawful authority or
arbitrary discretion being unconstitutional in India.
Like the judiciary, NHRC
does not act in such cases independently and impartially except to
prefer mum due to the allergic attitude of those who matter to
implement or act upon according to the verdicts, findings and for
the reasons of other considerations.
Such remarks are taken
only as verbal consolation like similar judgments ignored silently
and remained on papers without any implementation or judiciary
refused to act at all in order to provide justice to helpless
aggrieved.
Though it is painful to
see the way National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) ignored to
mention in its remarks the Sikhs genocide 1984 in India what to talk
of punishment to the culprits. The writings published on website:
www.sikhvicharmanch.com
depict true picture prevailing in India.
For the reasons, it is
rightly being said that NHRC is not working independently but under
the directives of the respective ruling party within National policy
i.e. not to encourage human rights in this backward country except
to use rod of State repression by different mean and cruel means as
being experienced daily.

The bureaucracy, police in
general and the ruling party never accepted judicial verdicts as
correct or respected whenever question their unlawful authority or
arbitrary discretion being unconstitutional.
Hence the judiciary does
not prefer to act in such cases independently and impartially except
to remain mum due to the allergic attitude of those who matter to
implement the verdicts and for the reasons of other considerations.
It is wrong to single out
any particular party on this account but here only difference is
that the CPM dubbed the Calcutta High Court order declaring the
March 14 police firing in Nandigram ‘wholly unconstitutional’, as
‘interference in the state and Centre's jurisdiction’ openly without
maintaining silence against the practice in India.
We can find number of
similar judgments ignored silently and remained on papers without
any implementation or judiciary refused to act at all in order to
provide justice to helpless aggrieved.
For the reasons, it is
rightly being said that the judges are working under the very tight
position and unable to hear or entertain such cases for justice
except verbal consolation.

Propaganda against N-deal totally false: Manmohan
The Creamy Layer in the name of Labouers, Dalits and Farmer’s

India
By Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana
on Feb 17 Nov 2007
Dr. Manmohan Singh,
Prime Minister of India rightly said that propaganda against N-deal
is totally false.
Let us view the N-deal
in the present context when US is in the capacity to provide
umbrella from the external threat and question of aggression does
not arise in the given circumstances.
But on the other,
India and
Pakistan like countries might be in position with their know-how and
capability for mass destruction only in the suicidal capacity.
For such countries, US do
possess sanction/force to rightly use and direct convincingly to
avoid it and follow the right path in the larger interest and for
welfare of humanity. Here stress is given more on sanction/force
knowingly to attach importance to US presently as a legal entity to
enforce and proceed with the N-deal.
Whenever, India shall
be possessing such or better capability to do and think about the
welfare of humanity, she would be free to revoke any deal and
automatically come herself into that position.
India like countries
should not be allowed to do anything against humanitarian cause in
the name of the sovereignty, unity and integrity and independent
foreign policy to the disadvantage of downtrodden in any manner
violating Rule of Law as being happening here till date even after
independence of India.
The creamy layer in name
of labourers, dalits, and farmer’s etc parties as a class, is only
benefited from the very beginning in India. It is my layman assessment about the
deal and who are enforcing and opposing it.

I submit again for all.
Who said at whose instance, it does not matter! It is good that the
beneficial N-deal is likely to be accepted without any further delay
as the CPI indicated and the members and countrymen seem to be saved
from facing mid-term election. It is to be said as a very
progressive and humanly taken step forward. India can’t always
afford war like situation alone in face of main issues of neglected
prosperity i.e. in the field of education; health includes pure
water, sanitation, employment, environment, peace and justice.

Political Sikh Congregation ETC-a Spider net in the Name of Religious
Tenets- Be CAUTIOUS!!!
LUDHIANA,
November 11, 2007- The Sikh youth are being appealed to remain
cautious from the Spider net in the name of religious
tenets-Political Sikh Congregation. The congregation is likely to be
held on November 30, 2007 at Gurdwara Manji Sahib (Alamgir) to be
headed by mixed union of puppets-cats in order to get you listed for
sacrifice like way of elimination, liquidation and disappearance or
by any other means in a secret deal for their own political
bargaining and greed as is the past history of the selfish joined
hands for the purpose. They are very likely to mislead Sikhs
including other Panjabis again.
The Sikh Vichar Manch
prefers to suggest and advise always for participation in such
Political Sikh Congregations etc but very cautiously as the
organizers past is totally suspect and they are slaves of
circumstances. The Sikh youth should not do and decide anything at
the instance of the puppets-cats. The honest and sincere are likely
to be misused and exploited keeping them in the fore-front of the
so-called Sikh congregation etc anytime by the hidden anti-Panthic
forces.
The conferences, seminars
etc arranged by the mixed union of puppets-cats must be always a
matter of concern for all Sikhs including other Panjabis within and
outside
India.
The undersigned thought
fit to share his past experience from the forum of Sikh Vichar Manch
through this approach of caution otherwise there is no question of
underestimating the present new generation in the field in any
manner for taking their own independent and just decisions keeping
in view the international norms and values.

Pakistan
lawyers show extra-ordinary courage in the given
circumstances-Congratulations
The Advocates along with
judiciary as a class is always remained in the forefront to raise
voice fight against and face the atrocities committed by the State
in any freedom struggle in the World. Pakistan Judges and lawyers
did show extra-ordinary and appreciable courage in the given
circumstances.
They deserve to be
congratulated for the courage shown as only their courageous action
prompted US and other true democratic countries including UK to
compel and pressurize Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf to hold
early election in mid February, 2008, let off his military uniform
and release the prisoners including the judges and lawyers
immediately.
Whereas on the other
hand, it seems that the lawyers silenced permanently to agitate and
raise the voice politically for the constitutional rights of people
totally ignoring miserably sufferers by all means in India. In
Punjab, some of the political activists are specially silenced and
instructed to act as puppets since long for the reasons best known
to them. Though presently, they do give press statements at the
instance of State machinery or for their own reasons to remain in
limelight. It is only to be called a human tragedy of immature
democracy mostly under the corrupt rulers in India.
Pakistan and India do
possess the apparatus of terrorism under different heads to suppress
their own people, to make use of it against each other and outside
without any check, intentionally and deliberately, to keep on
diverting the attention of the people from main issues of neglected
prosperity i.e. in the field of education, health includes pure
water, sanitation, employment, environment, peace and justice as
already brought into notice of
all concerned by the Sikh
Vichar Manch.
The Sikh Vichar Manch
feels the whole World is watching the reasons of the atrocities
against own people by such States who are fully responsible for the
tension in the region which has become a matter of the World concern
to take a notice of it.

question
of getting justice
irrelevant without the intervention of US
The World has come to the
present stage where question of getting justice is irrelevant
without the intervention of US even at ground level anywhere, what
to talk of ‘Rule of Law’ in any immature democracy in face of might
is right everywhere? Who says
India is
exception to it? The majority of people are dying of hunger and
without any constitutional rights. In fact, the situation here is
worst than dictatorship? Pakistan and India do possess the weapon of
terrorism under different heads to suppress their own people and to
make use of it against each other without any check, intentionally
and deliberately, to keep on diverting the attention of the people
from main issues of neglected prosperity i.e. in the field of
education, health includes pure water, sanitation, employment,
environment, peace and justice. The injustice is in action in the
name of safeguarding the unity and integrity of India under a
centralized command of oppression in a planned manner. Is it to
remain an untold story even in 21st century? N-deal is also being
tactically rejected on some pretext or the other that the
sovereignty of country shall be undermined if the deal acted upon.
Would US intervene to suggest ways, any remedy to eradicate poverty
and to enable the people of India to
enjoy their constitutional rights in a true democratic State? Isn’t
a sufficient cry for justice?

forced to be silent. Only in this way, justice is being provided to
common, uninfluenced and poor especially the victims belonging to
minorities in India. Who can deny it! And even cats, stooges and
others would never dare to deny the injustice in India Let the BJP,
UPA and other parties should support the Indo-US nuke deal at least
to pretend that politically they are united and India is not yet
divided till it actually disintegrates to become a part of Union of
Countries within the ‘Confederation of Consented Countries’ (COCC)

The Administration of Justice in
India
No-doubt- Pravin Mahajan did kill his brother
No-doubt, Pravin Mahajan
did kill his brother, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan
but the trial court has to take all the evidence and circumstances
into consideration as what are the reasons that Pravin Mahajan had
gone to that extent?
Whether Pravin Mahajan
(accused) was insane at the moment? Whether the murder is the result
of any sudden provocation? To what extent the Bharatiya Janata Party
leader Pramod Mahajan contributed in his very sad story of murder
and that would be remembered as a stigma in Indian society?
Whether both the
prosecution story as well as defense version are concocted in the
case and to what extent these could be relied upon? Whether the
witnesses are planted and the circumstances are being manipulated by
the prosecution and accused after thought in the case?
To see, whether the
emotional feelings of accused and contribution of Pramod Mahajan in
his own murder are sufficient to kill someone at Will leaving aside
the defence of sudden provocation? Though, it may help the accused
to mitigate the quantum of punishment to him in this case.
All the omissions and
commissions committed in the case are material on the part of
prosecution and defence for consideration and those could come out
only from the contradictions in the statements of witnesses before
the trial court to reach a conclusion to that effect and for just
decision.
The purpose of
Cross-examination of the witnesses is to test their veracity and
that only compels the trial court to allow counsel for liberal and
lengthy Cross-examination under law in the case though
Re-examination (The examination of a witness, subsequent to the
cross-examination by the party who called him, shall be called his
re-examination) rarely granted to fulfill the lacuna left by the
witness.
It is all legal process
to avoid that the Judges should not act in arbitrary manner merely
keeping in mind the prosecution story which remains mostly concocted
and full of plantations due to undue political pressure and
influence, inefficiency of investigating agency and bribe in India.
The in-camera proceedings
are being fixed seldom in the larger interest of society for keeping
law and order maintained.
But here in India such
proceedings are always not fair for the reasons of fear and chances
that while recording the statements of witnesses, there might be
some kind of manipulation of circumstances etc in support to the
prosecution story or to help the particular accused for the
political and other reasons and compulsions to bring desired
results.
For the reasons stated
above, I did not opt to practice as a criminal lawyer and whenever
tried to do the same, State put her all efforts to keep me away as
personally experienced by me in number of cases.

‘Confederation of Consented Countries’ (COCC)
Versus
‘Conference on Federalism’ (COF)
The ‘Conference on
Federalism’ to be held from 5 to 7 November, 2007 under the
Chairmanship of Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India that
is to be and has to be limited for the States of united India,
unitary in reality, but wrongly projected federal (being propagated
based on Godly agreements and understandings) in character, now to
be discussed/given/decided for their independent status i.e.
‘Economic Autonomous Status’ in practice in the conference at this
stage, always to remain subject to negotiation and change any time
in any manner.
But at the same time,
the concept of the ‘Confederation of Consented Countries’ must be
kept in mind for solving and settling all disputes would be among
the States of united India.
As already pleaded and
suggested by the forum of ‘Sikh Vichar Manch’ the way to solution of
problems of ‘separate independent States’ without any external
interference, may be in ‘Confederation of Consented Countries’ (COCC)
subject to international norms and values for keeping cordial
relations with all.
I being a lawyer
practiced the concept from grass root level i.e. our home level
onward and also in my legal profession to solve and settle the
disputes of parties successfully.
Today, it is being said
that “Mr. Mahatma Gandhi did also practice it in bringing about
private compromise of hundreds of cases” though he left the masses
to suffer for the untold irreparable loss and damages not likely to
be compensated as experienced in independent India till date and
there is no solution in sight so far of the endless miseries caused
and continuing to people of India in the name of maintaining ‘Unity
and Integrity of India’.
Hope for the best and
with regards to all.

'Modi gave us
a free run to do whatever we wanted'
Balbir Singh Sooch,
Advocate, Ludhiana,Ludhiana,says:INDIAN
SYSTEM ESPECIALLY AFTER INDEPENDENCE- In Indian system especially after her
independence, you will not find any innocent who is not harassed,
faced inconvenience, beaten, forced to pay bribe or suffer in the
hands of constitutional criminals like Modi, one way or the other
defamed, socially insulted and ruined and the active connivance of
selected media in the matter can not be denied. Whereas, the
criminals, killers, economic offenders never touched by the corrupt,
spoiled State machinery alleged to be responsible and maintaining
law and order.
You will find that it is
a practice to promote such criminals as heroes to see them, would be
politicians and rulers of this country. Did the secret agencies
assign/given the task by government of India to sponsor the
criminals to become politicians?
I do grasp and also
experienced grass root realities and facts and then write otherwise
I am not writer by profession nor it is my source of livelihood. For
example, I am no way criminal but still even when I was post
graduate beaten, dragged and policemen were kicking and jumping like
rats/mouse on my body thinking me loin in cage, in the police
station for no fault of mine at the instance of persons supported by
the criminals and rich and similarly earlier too in my teen age.
On the other hand, I
have personal knowledge where criminals and killers never touched
what to talk of beating, insulting etc them and secret agency men
did agree met with me off the record for all this happenings in this
country.
To conclude in brief, it
can safe to say that all bad elements in form of politicians are
product of Indian secret services including police in India.
It was all my family
background and the environments luckily I got to reach to the
present level and position. Mine is not an isolated case in this
country thus I have no grievances for my past bad days in life in
this my country though I might be feeling ashamed to say proudly
that it is my country.
The secret agencies and
police are meant for constructive jobs for safety and security of
all citizens of the country and also whole of the country but these
are being misused and remain ineffective as their sources of
information are the criminals promoted by them. Ultimately, the
agencies play into the hands of criminals like mafia of all types
including bad characters using and selling all kinds of intoxicants
at the instance and on behalf of police. It
is a ground reality who can deny?

Judges should not misuse powers for
sadistic pleasure: SC
Do you think one of the most responsible and important pillar of
democracy, media is not aware of it from every Village and street
level onward as to how the agencies and police function in
connivance with criminals in this country?
Similar is the case with judiciary and can not escape from shirking
its responsibility for not exposing the flaws and vagueness of laws
and the evils prevailing in society in the name of politics in India.
The judiciary and similar other constitutional criminal does and
commits illegality and irregularities due to arbitrary discretionary
powers, mistakenly or intentionally, provided by law itself as seen
in practice.
With the result, the executive rarely follows the judgments for
providing relief to victims but do misuse for its own advantage as a
constitutional criminal. The passing of such judgments are mere
eyewash.

Dear Mr Sooch:
My brief comments are in

Comments:
Print and visual media, I often say has become a commodity that
one can buy and sell in the market. Media is no longer a safe
compainion for civil society as they do not report the truth but
fabricate and implant F.E.A.R in society. The real meaning of FEAR
is>> False. Evidence. Appearing. Real. This is exactly what Media is
doing for past over a decade now and has to own much of blame for
all the muck created all around. Arrogant and corrupt to the core,
media is grossly biased to the vested interests and must be shunned
and totally discarded by people. It has ceased to be a reliable
friend for civil society.

Politicians not national asset, says Delhi HC
by
Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana on 25 Oct 2007
The politicians by their act and conduct create fear psyche and
embarrassment for their own people under the umbrella of forces. But
in 21st century people started understanding that their inner sins
do not allow them to move freely among the electorates which only
reflects their insincerity and malafide intention towards public
nothing else.
They are projecting a very
dark and bad image of India within and outside.
For the reason of
fashion and a status symbol, the security cover should not be
provided at all. Normally, those provided more security men were/
are blood suckers of public and openly indulge in crimes as
constitutional criminals and remained protected so.
The Delhi High court
rightly observed, "If these people feel so threatened they should
not come out in public places."
The authorities and
the law allow them security for the purpose, are equally responsible
for the inconvenience of public, creating fear psyche for people and
encouraging the constitutional crime by providing the unwarranted
protection.
It is rightly said that
under the circumstances they were not ‘national asset’ to protect
though Hon’ble Delhi High Court restrained to use more harsh
language, in fact, which they deserve.

Bureaucrazy
Why we recommended that the Official Secrets Act must be abolished
Because the Official’s secret Acts
and the rules are being misused mostly as a tool to hide sins of
corrupt and inefficient. Thus these are required to be amended to
greater extent for transparency and fixing the responsibility of
policy makers and investigating agencies.
The Official Secrets Act must not be
abolished to the extent to give prior information regarding the
raids but thereafter outcome of such raids should be transparent and
disclosed within the reasonable time after the investigation to
dispel any rumours and the wrong impression that the raids conducted
were not necessary and carried out due to vindictiveness.
In absence of it, the credibility of
raiding and investigating agencies are always doubted on the grounds
of ulterior motives and malicious reasons. It is also a great set
back to the performance of investigating agencies deployed to act
within the parameters of ‘Rule of Law’.

Inequality due to

immovable and movable property at very higher rate is cause of
alarming economic disparity in India.
