2. Can the persons responsible ready to play with their own sentiments under the similar circumstances if their own sister(s) or any other their female is involved in similar situation?

3. Who is working for whom?

Has Balwant Singh done right thing by calling bad names in open court to the persons/advocates responsible for highlighting the incident of the humiliation of his sister to such an extent /level for their own promotion at the cost of the family who suffered irreparably beyond explanation in the hands of cruel State machinery and can not be compensated in any manner during its whole life?

5. Who are guilty to create the provocative situation?

6. As to why Sikh organizations and the Panthic Panel etc are silent?

7. Are Sikh organizations and the Panthic Panel ready to level Balwant Singh and his sister as CBI agent as stated by one of the counsel on behalf his team? (See Hindi newspaper: Dainik Jagran- Punjab Jagran section: dated 12 August 2006)

8. What are the services of the team of counsel alleging the family as CBI agent except to get themselves promoted out of the sufferings of the people/Sikhs?

9. Has Balwant Singh given his daring and lengthy confessional statement in the case at the instance of CBI? In fact it is not only a statement but it shall remain in Sikh history as the Sikh Case put up by Bhai Balwant Singh in this historical case.

10. Has Balwant Singh disowned his counsel in this case long back and for the reasons they are out to defame and get humiliated his sister and the family?
