WHAT WAS THE IDEA AND LAUGHTER BEHIND FRANKNESS OF CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA JS KHEHAR**?
– AN ANALYSIS BY: BALBIR SINGH SOOCH

‘AMRIT DHARA’, “amrit dhara, a popular herbal medicine was the medicine for all the ailments. If you have a stomach pain, then amrit dhara. If you have a headache, then also it is amrit dhara…”….The Supreme Court is not “Amrit Dhara” for all ailments”.

WHAT WAS THE IDEA AND LAUGHTER BEHIND FRANKNESS OF CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA JS KHEHAR?

DOES IT NOT MEAN THE IDEA AND LAUGHTER BEHIND FRANKNESS OF CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA JS KHEHAR THAT ‘THE SUPREME COURT IS A FAILURE BEFORE THE EXECUTIVE IN INDIA’?

The message behind seems very clear by, ‘Imposing a cost of Rs ten lakh on a Bihar MLA, Rs one lakh fine on a Maharashtra professor and threatening a cost on a car mechanic who petitioned against additional floors in a private hospital CJI Khehar had launched an unprecedented war on frivolous petitions piling up in the Supreme Court’, that ‘THE SUPREME COURT IS A FAILURE BEFORE THE EXECUTIVE IN INDIA’? Isn’t?

What could be the message when 65-year-old CJI had said, “They have no problem going through the entire records but I am old. Look at my white beard. After reading all this I feel tired also. So please…” 65-year-old CJI had said that day”…“My brother judges are young. They have no problem going through the entire records but I am old”?

It is implied from the message of Hon’ble the ‘CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA JS KHEHAR’ that at this stage and age no ‘CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA’ can rescue-save, liberate, set free you from the executive of India except ‘My brother young judges presently’ saying so expressed also some hope of “JUSTICE” from  the Judiciary of India.

**Mr.  Jagdish Singh Khehar (born 28 August 1952) is a judge of the Supreme Court of India since 13 September 2016 and the 44th Chief Justice of India (CJI). Khehar is the first CJI from the Sikh community. He will retire on 27 August 2017 upon turning 65 years in age: Wikipedia
